Erick is an amazing server. Has recommend me two different type of meat and has become my top three. Marinated steak is my favorite one. Always attentive and friendly. I come here often and I bring my friends and it never been a bad moment. Thank you Erick for serving us. We would see you soon again đđ˝. Wonderpig is goated đ
Finally was able to cross off this kbbq since me and my partner live in the area, i was really excited since i never been to a korean bbq but was disappointed. When it comes to food and price it was okay! However the service is horrible, i was given no instructions/introduction or even a hello, just dropped off water and pointed to scan the qr code menu which wasnt working⌠once we got our meat what really ruined the experience was the oil started piling around the rim and started popping everywhere, landed on our clothes and skin, when the waiter came over it even popped pretty badly on his hand⌠no apologies or anything was said? just threw napkins on our grill. It did continue to slightly pop for the rest of our dine in.Thats the main thing that upset us. pretty place but if your service lacks then why else come back? :(
Staff were friendly and food came out quickly. We got the standard AYCE for three people and were very satisfied. Good selection of items on the menu, and was pleasantly surprised with the meat quality.đ
All the food here is absolutely fire. Everything Iâve tried has been fresh, flavorful, and made with real skill. The kitchen knows what theyâre doing â zero complaints there.
Now letâs talk about the so-called âbad serviceâ reviews. Spoiler: theyâre not about the service â theyâre about people too cheap to tip. If youâre the type who thinks tipping is optional, stay home. Seriously. Donât come out to eat if you canât afford to respect the people serving you. This isnât a soup kitchen, itâs a business.
You think the restaurant or the workers care about your broke opinion? They donât. And they shouldnât. The servers are working hard, moving fast, dealing with entitled nonsense all day â and you want to act like youâre doing them a favor by showing up? Nah. Youâre delusional..
This buffet restaurant is on a different level. The food? Amazing. Everything is fresh, well-prepared, and packed with flavor. But what really sets this place apart isnât just the variety â itâs the service. And before anyone starts whining about âbad service,â letâs get something straight.
This isnât your average buffet where staff just restock trays and walk away. Here, the servers actually help cook the food for you. Thatâs right â theyâre by your side, making sure everything is done right, not just dumping plates in front of you. That takes time, attention, and actual effort â and that effort deserves to be respected.
So if you came here, got full off their hard work, and then didnât tip? Thatâs not just rude, itâs pathetic. If you canât afford to tip at a place where people are literally cooking for you while you sit there doing nothing â just stay home. Eat instant noodles, make a sandwich, whatever â but donât show up here acting like youâre entitled to five-star treatment without giving anything back.
The workers donât owe you anything. The restaurant doesnât owe you anything. If you donât tip, the only person who looks bad is you. Donât be surprised when your experience reflects the energy you put out â or donât.
Bottom line: incredible food, hardworking staff, and if you donât understand tipping culture, stay home and spare everyone your broke attitude.
Have been going to this place for 3 years now, food is great very affordable and the service WAS great. This is also a spot we spend eating for about 40min quick in and out we donât take much time. So today we go in to eat after a while of not being there, and before we go in to eat they tell us theyâre going to automatically charge us 20% gratuity before we start because of âpast experiencesâ. They proceeded to tell us because we âdonât tipâ they will charge us gratuity automatically. I wonât sugarcoat anything there have been times where we havenât tipped (for not being there long and other reasons) but if i have to put it to a number 7/10 times we tip. And the times we havenât tipped they have come up to us and basically begged us to tip. The last 2 times we went they added gratuity and i asked them to take it off (gratuity ON THEIR OWN MENUE is only added for parties of 6 or more) and the last time we went after that we needed a pick me up and we were budgeting didnât tip and our server basically came up to us and said âwas the service badâ i said âNo you guys are always great, we are just low on funds and are just paying the billâ Even after that they insisted we tip and i said no. I donât know why they always feel entitled to a tip i am not responsible for your salary in the slightest, and DEMANDING gratuity and saying to our face that we donât tip is an insane business practice. Once again we never stay longer than 45min and always clean up after ourselves, so if youâre always demanding a tip out of your customers you officially lost me.
Amazing KBBQ in the city. The All you can eat is great for going with friends and the cheese corn is the best. Also the marinated beef is delicious.
Waiter hit on my girlfriend, saying she looked great. Not professional
We got seated near the window on one of the large tables (group of 5) which was fine. The thing was that the grill could not get hot enough. It took like 10 minutes just to cook the thinly sliced brisket. When asked if the grill could get any hotter, the waiter said it was at max. We also paid for the premium option so it felt like it was purposefully done to draw down the clock and waste time cooking. We also ordered the bulgogi which is usually pretty good here, but it tasted weird, almost as if it was spoiled.
This last experience was just so unsettling that I will no longer be a customer of this establishment.
Also be mindful of the non-cash fee that is now charged (which I know a lot of other places are doing).

i went here on a busy weekend. Go straight to the counter and sign in to the ipad for a table. The meats and sides we chose were good. I came out feeling like a beluga whale.

Great restaurant, delicious food, and friendly service. Special thanks to Hyuk who was attentive with our family and kids and to the kind person in the front who took our picture!

Tried this place 3 times and each time I feel like Iâm rushed out even tho itâs hours from closing (I know thereâs a time limit) . Will get one round of meat and then my server disappears and I have to wave them down. Beef brisket is good, the other meat was soso in quality. Banchan was good. I wish the service was better because itâs the closest Korean to me and I would love to come more often but donât feel welcome when Iâm there.

Didn't read the reviews - we all got food poisoning. Should have walked out when one of the cuts meat smelled (we didn't eat those). We stuck to bugolgi and "galbi" but still got sick.
