If you're craving something spicy, just Google “Xi’an Famous Foods”—there are many branches in New York. The signature sign reads “西安名吃” (Xi’an Famous Foods).
The restaurant mainly serves Xi’an-style cuisine, featuring hand-pulled noodles, roujiamo and liangpi. You can choose the level of spiciness based on your preference. The owner recommends going for the spicy option 😋

We ordered the A1 and N1 to share. While the flavor was good and refreshing, I’ve had better Liang pi at other restaurants so I wouldn’t say it’s the best. If you’re craving cold noodles and want a restaurant with seating and air conditioning, I would recommend considering this restaurant. They have refreshing drinks such as Hibiscus, Chrysanthemum, and Jasmine tea for 2.95 plus tax also. The location is inside the Tangram mall, so you have many food, drink, and dessert...
The service was efficient and fast, with multiple self ordering kiosks available. There was many customizations available for the meals, as you are able to customize the spice level and any additional toppings.
We got a variety of dishes, but tried the pork hand pulled noodles and the lamb hand pulled noodles....
