Came to xscape lounge for the first time . On Friday July 18,2025 . For a friend birthday outing . I notice the area of where the lounge is located is very busy area lots of businesses. When you walk in the lounge they ask to see your I.D . It took a while for us to be seen by a waitress they didn’t even realize that they did not come to us yet . It was the four of us . Happy Hour is Daily from 6pm to 10pm . The woman was nice to still wait for us to order our drinks a lil before happy hour end . I ordered a margarita it creeps up on you off of one drink . One of the people we were with didn’t like their drinks at all saying it was to sweet saying it taste like syrup . Also with the food they only serve Appetizers . Wings , chicken tenders , mozzarella sticks also seasoned fries which taste bland . Their prices is a bit $15 for four pieces of Chicken tenders don’t make sense fries or side is not included at all .
The place itself is on the smaller side . Otherwise that it was a great vibe the Dj knows how to get a party started . The music is very loud expect to talk loud when your speaking to the person next to you . The Dj was nice enough to play a song for the birthday girl that we requested. The crowd was very nice people were enjoying their selves dancing , twerking , singing along to the songs . It was so many birthday ppl in there .
Also cash and card is accepted the give an option if you want to give a tip if you pay by card . I think cash is better to pay with to be honest . If you’re not careful you can end up paying alot of money at that small place . Other wise that it was a vibe . There is no parking available

They had 1 server on all night and the poor girl was STRESSED. Unfortunately this caused her to be very rude to our small group. This is supposedly a Caribbean venue but the music was horrible the entire night. When we asked an employee, she made it clear that she was catering to a single table of guests. Everyone else in the establishment was very disappointed. The entire night we were getting up from the table to look for our server.
When we requested the bill it was clear we were overcharged by about $50. We asked to see the itemized bill and were told we can only see what we were being charged after paying. We paid (regretfully) and then saw that we were charged BOTH a 20% service charge and then $40 additional for a tip we DID NOT agree to. This is the second time this establishment overcharged me without consent.
0/10 for drinks, service and atmosphere. Just go somewhere else…

Marketed as a Caribbean establishment but played rowdy non-Caribbean music for hours. After spending hundreds of dollars we asked for the music to be changed to a Caribbean vibe and the ONE server got an attitude with us. We then asked for the cheque, she over charged us by almost $50. When I asked to see the detailed bill she said “you can see after you pay”. Once the bill printed she had tipped herself 20% on top of the mandatory 20% service charge. Nasty attitude and bad customer service was very unnecessary.

The service is absolutely horrible here. I sat down with my friends and nobody came to take our order for about 30 minutes then I had to go up to the front counter to order and the 2 women in the front gave me an attitude about it. Everything here is crazy overpriced. 4 drinks, 4 shots, hookah, 5 wings and a small pizza was like $300. How does that make sense?? There were 6 people in my party. The food portion was probably big enough to feed maybe 2 of us.
My friend lost her selfie light on her phone. When I went to the front to order again (because nobody comes up to you. You literally have to go hassle the waitress to serve you) I saw my friends selfie light on the counter and I said “oh that’s my friend’s light. She lost it. Can I please have it back?” they both snatched the light off the counter and played stupid saying “what light? There’s no light here” I literally went back and forth arguing with them for like 10 minutes straight before they gave me back the light. That’s absolutely ridiculous. Y’all have people working there who steal, are rude, are get attitude with you if you ask them to do their job. Drinks watered down, food is trash. Never again in my life.

Horrible Service!!! The hostess/Manager was very unprofessional last night!! She refused to give us a receipt. Initially she told us that she couldn't print one until we paid upfront. I have never been anywhere that required me to pay before I got my drinks and food. Then she took over an hour to give us a receipt. My cousin asked another hostess to speak to a manager. That's when things took a turn for the worst. She became irate and told us, "I'm a grown woman I'm not as young as you think I'm 31!" "If you had an issue you could speak to me" She was offended that we requested a the manager. Then she yelled at us, "I AM THE MANAGER!" "I'LL PRINT YOUR RECEIPT AND I'LL GET THE BOUNCER." This so called manager was very unprofessional. Everyone was complaining about the service last night. 3 gentlemen next to us who had a long wait for the food we're complaining. We discovered that she charged us a 20% gratuity after we already gave her a tip for watered down drinks. Because they were watered down, I got an extra shot of Patron. Be warned it's $17.50 for one shot!!

Food is very well seasoned ! Service mmm I waited 20 minutes and had to get up to get a girl to take my order but she was wonderful ! Let me start by saying The Dj played some good music However The Service Was Terrible no one came to take our order we had to keep going to the front to ask them to take our order after ordering our bottles it took between 10-20min for it to come out no one came to check on us between the time so anything we wanted we had to go to the front. They clearly state on their menu/ social Media platforms that open tabs are allowed but for some reason they didn’t allow my group and I to keep an open tab. We had to pay 20% service charge every single time we wanted to get something new. Also, they showed us one price but charged us another. I’ve attempted to call to get this issue resolved and no response. I’ve left several Instagram messages & I’ve been blocked on multiple accounts. The staff is very unfriendly, we had to literally get up and go find someone to attend to us. 0/10 would not reccomend.
