Bad service and bad vibes. Place was complexly empty on a Friday night, and never have I been to a hookah place that’s charged me to change the hookah coals. I requested a coal change as the hookah was dying, which most places do without even having to ask. The server first told us it was $26, and I requested to speak to a manager to clarify why a simple coal change costed money after we already paid $40 for the hookah. He then told me that they charge for a coal change and nobody’s ever complained, and all of a sudden the new price was $10. Inconsistent and weird pricing for a hookah spot. No hookah place should be charging for a simple coal change after you’ve already paid for the hookah itself. 5 minutes after we paid for the coal change, the hookah stopped hitting and they told us we need to change the flavor and order a new hookah. I’ve been to a lot of hookah spots and literally never had this experience. Would definitely not recommend.
