Pretty dope spot to catch some nice drinks and vibe out to some music. They have an amazing happy hour daily from 6-10 so I definitely recommend shooting to go between those times. The servers were both friendly and attentive. The drinks were very strong and tasty if you like sweet. The food was okay, regular bar food to me.

Me and my girlfriend came for happy hour on a Wednesday night for game night which ends at 10 pm we arrived at 8 30 and were told they were short staffed and would have to wait 20 minutes at our table so she could assist other tables. The place was not even crowded. By the time we were seen it was after nine i ordered shrimp and we got drinks by the time it was brought out happy hour was ending inbetween we tried to get her attention so we could atleast get our drinks intime for another. When she came she stated her system would not allow her too so within that hour and half time we received one drink which is ridiculous because we had time for to but was ignored. When my food was brought out i let them know that i would not need the tarter sauce and would like ketchup instead i was told me i would be charged .50 cent. When she brought it out it was in a very small container and it was literally a squirt of cold ketchup. Overall the atmosphere is always good but they really need to work on their service. This location gets very busy one person can not please and attend to everyone in a timely manner.

Whew. Chasity complained about being short staffed but made no accommodations at all for not getting out orders correct. Also the coal was $16 after the hookah died within 15 min. Please take a copy of your receipt cause you will get charge additional for Things you didn’t order. Nice spot, nice ambience but the customer service is trash.

This place is a scam. My friend and I recently went and they notified the hookah is free for orders over $50. So we order few drinks and finger food. The coal went away 20 Mins after so we asked for a refill and they said a refill for coal is $15.50. Which is crazy because two coals probably cost .10 cent. This place is a total scam. The bill ended up being $150 with a 20% auto service fee.Stay away from this place.

Don’t believe the hype on IG! The videos don’t match to scene in person! Bottles are over priced! Food sucks over priced, hookah was below average, and they kept playing the same songs all night! There’s bigger places in queens that offer way more for a good price! Plus other places have a good DJ too in queens. Ratchet, run down seats and tables. Don’t let the wall decorations and scenery fool you on IG, it’s run down and small!

My daughter went to Xscape Lounge the day after her birthday to celebrate a friend’s birthday and left with the worst experience. The waitress serving her was horrible; she had a nasty attitude when questions were asked about the place. My daughter got up to leave and her purse was lost. I went back to speak to the waitress that served her that night and she claimed that three of my daughter’s cards were found in a certain position where my daughter was not sitting. However, my daughter’s purse, money, and another card were still missing. The waitress attempted to say that my daughter may have been drunk, however the cameras can confirm that she did not have a thing to eat or drink in the lounge. When we were called back to view the camera with the technician, Jack, we were unable to get footage of my daughter leaving the lounge. Jack stated that the cops came the day before to view the cameras that caught a crime that occurred, and tampered with the footage. They were unable to show me or my daughter footage of her exiting the building with her purse on her wrist. I pointed out to the waitress that I did not see my daughter’s three cards on the floor in the footage, as she claimed they were, and her story about where she found them changed. I asked for the owner to give me a call and was told by Jack, the technician, that the owner was too busy to call me. I’ve since sent messages to the Whatsapp contact line, with no response from the owner.I personally believe one should be extra vigilant in securing their personal belongings in this lounge. Do not rely on their camera footage if ever you may need to review it for an incident; because as stated, I was unable to view footage of my daughter exiting the lounge.

First of all, the owner/manager (Indian lady) was very disrespectful! We ordered a specific hookah and she brought a whole different one and when we told her she was giving whole attitude about Guyanese people always finding fault. Like Rachel, we didn’t order that. I’m paying for what I ordered. She was so nasty towards us. She was really nasty towards us. Want to argue with us over something we didn’t order. The staff was good but the short Indian lady was very nasty towards us. First of all, miss lady, I have 36 Millions views on my page. I review everywhere I go so don’t come to me with no nasty attitude!
