My husband & I stopped here for breakfast. They charge by the choice of meat you have in your meal. I had 2 boiled bananas, about 6 fried shrimp, & a scoop of ackee and saltfish. My meal tasted good but it was $16.49.
My had a mix of different food that he said didn't taste of much seasoning. He had 2 boiled yam, 4 tiny pieces of oxtail, chili shrimp, 2 boiled bananas for $29.08!
I do not recommend this place.

Highly recommend! My sister and I came here, hoping to get a good Jamaican breakfast and that’s exactly what we received. So much variety and the staff was friendly and helpful. I felt like I was back home in Jamaica! Prices were also very reasonable for the portions.

First all went there 2 weeks go didn’t see anyone and food was unattended, last week I give them a try again and bought only shrimp, pricing was good. Today I bought steam cabbage and pasta and chicken wings plus like 5 shrimp. The lady busy on the dam phone no manners. My meal came up $27.16… she charged me $12.99lb and say shrimp meal. I am so pissed. Why not chicken meal? I was over priced. I have pictures

Yah Suh Nyce - A True Taste of Jamaica Right by the Station

If you're looking for authentic Jamaican flavors with convenience and variety, Yah Suh Nyce hits the spot. Conveniently located right across from Jamaica Station, it’s perfect for a quick stop whether you're on your commute or exploring the area.

What really sets this place apart is the buffet sold by the pound concept. You get to pick exactly what you want from a wide range of classic Jamaican dishes—everything from jerk chicken, curry goat, oxtail, to flavorful rice & peas, steamed veggies, and more. The portions are generous, the flavors are on point, and you’re in control of how much you get, which is great for trying a little of everything.

It’s casual, fast, and full of flavor—definitely worth checking out if you’re in the area and craving some solid Caribbean comfort food.

The lady there at 4:30 am 1/27/25 .

I walked in and the wind swung the door open . Before I can apologize for the loud bang the wind caused the lady said “woyyyyy” . Which was rude . It’s winter and 20 degrees outside I can’t control the wind . Her rude behavior remind me I have food at home and I walked right out .

I bought two small plates of food that cost almost $40 yesterday Sunday because I was tired for my Sunday dinner after 8pm and since last night until now both plates of food with different things in it has us running to the bathroom. It's 12 :45 the bect day and still running. I don't want my money back just want this place to be close down. Mind you even if you take couple pieces of those dry nasty shrimp with other meat the still charge $11.99 per pound. White rice is half cook. All meat is dried out. But you paying for taxes plus charges for card Highway robbery. Who else got sick?

never see a buffet style jamaican restaurant so this was a first
-the peas and rice was tasteless and mushy
-the cabbage was overcooked and on the verge of being mushy as well
-the oxtail were good but a little gristly

If you want overpriced salty food, this is the place for you. I don’t normally post reviews but this place really has audacity. To serve people rotten chicken, dry salmon, and treat you like they are doing charity. They will never see another penny from me. It wasn’t this bad a year ago, they def fell off.
