I was impressed by the atmosphere and friendly server, Eric. I live in the neighborhood, so I'll be coming here soon.

Ambiance (4/5): It is a classic Japanese vibe of sitting at the bar countertop and watch as the chef prepares your food. In this case, it was a high schooler following instructions posted on the kitchen wall… Stools do not have a backing so you can't get too comfortable.
Service (N/A): You order via a QR code assigned to your seat #. The 1 manned kitchen was servicing 3 guests during his shift and would have struggled to keep up if there were more. However, when asked for additional requests (napkins, to-go containers, etc), he was very quick to help me. Server also gave me a FREE Kung Fu Tea green tea can!! [Only later did I realize that you can get one free for writing a review… but I did not know this until after I visited so he gave it to me for free slash without writing a review]
Tsukemen Shoyu Ramen (5/5): Typical that tsukemen broth can be a bit more salty than your standard bowl of ramen, which it was. Broth was full of flavor, depth, but also a smidge too salty. I found it nice that you can order the noodle temperature to be customized as it is typically consumed (cold) or warm (to your preference). There was plenty in portion size for the price point and comes with minced pork, and a half seasoned boiled egg! I added an order of $4 charshu since the meal did not come with it. The meat is a good mix of fat to meat, charred/smokey taste. The noodles were chewy and similar to that of lo mein, which I enjoyed because of the bounce and how easy to was to dip into the ramen to soak up the flavors. The bowl came with a variety in toppings. All around great in taste, price, and quality!
Public bathroom located inside the ground floor just outside the food court.

I had a very disappointing experience due to poor customer service. The staff was unhelpful, dismissive, and seemed uninterested in resolving my issue. Despite multiple attempts to get assistance, I was ignored and treated rudely. I won’t be returning and don’t recommend this place to others.

Not authentic Ramen.
It is Chinese knockoff. Unless you are in Manhattan or NJ Fort Lee area don't ever expect the Ramen to be authentic Japanese elsewhere.
For example the pork has not been grilled or torched. The noodle is too thick they use Udon noodles to pass off as Ramen ( I did order Ramen). The soup stock is made by mixing a bag of powders (spices)not real pork and chicken broth made at the beginning of each day in an authentic Japanese place. And a bowl with extra noodles costs $30 that's overpriced.
I frequent Totto Ramen in Manhattan so I know what true Japanese Ramen tastes like. Sadly Totto Ramen is closed.

More delicious than I expected. The noodles are nice and chewy with excellent slurp-ability!! They’re not quite like typical ramen noodles, leaning more to udon, but I loved it this way. Service is a little sparse and quiet, but when I went on a Wednesday, my orders came w a tasty Kung Fu Tea canned drink. For summer, they have a tsukumen version of their ramen that is currently $2 off the usual price as of 7/1/25. Counter seating wraps the booth but there’s ample table seating in the food court a few steps in.
Cons: The food court has great options to complement your meal sure, but the table cleaning is slow. We had to do it ourselves. Bathroom is also user beware.

Yummy, love the combo option! Just a little challenging with service at the time I went, I had some trouble with the online payment and discussing it with the singular staff. Figured it out though!

I'm not sure why but I always come to this food hall expecting more options and always have to settle for something I probably wasn't in the mood for. Case in point. I was drawn in because of the sign that said soft-opening (but I now see that this place has probably been open for longer than I realized).
We grabbed the Samurai special and a second dish. The special comes with a noodle dish, a drink from Kung-Fu Tea next door, and two pieces of fried chicken from TKK Fried chicken on the other side. The fried chicken was fine-two pieces fairly salty but nicely moist with a nice crunch on the outside.
For noodles, we got one shoyu ramen and one miso tsukemen . The ramen was really fine, certainly better ramen options nearby. Meat could have been prepared a little better. And I don't totally know why there is an egg in the tsukemen but not the ramen (which seems like a mistake). Usually would drink the broth more but it was just too salty to do so. But if I thought the ramen was salty, I could not believe how salty the tsukemen was. I'm typically a fan of dishes like this on the saltier side but this was almost unbearable and even burned somewhat. The minced meat was almost an afterthought because I just kept focusing on the flavoring.
One thing I will say, though, is that I felt like the noodles were prepared nicely and were plentiful. But this could not save the dinner overall.
This is only a review for the ramen. Did try the tsukemen.
Shoyu ramen - soup is okay with a slightly sour taste I wasn't expecting and not in a good way. Tastes slightly toasty maybe a bit too much. Toppings are sorely lacking. One slice of char siu, no egg, no nori sheet so know to expect less than usual despite the standard $16 price tag. Also seems to use thick tsukemen noodles instead of regular thinner shoyu ramen type noodles so that's also less great. Overall, edible but not great.
Onigiri with char siu - pricey ($4) for one small onigiri that is pretty dry. I'd say probably 75% size of standard onigiri and probably smaller than half the size of a konbini onigiri
Toppings were lacking but the noodles were fine.

Amazing service, amazing food, can't wait to come back!
Good Japanese Raman the tsukemen is the best and it gives you -2$ on it they might give you a drink because sometimes they give you sometimes they don’t
I tell you, it was the ramen for me!!! Everything was so tasty and rich in flavor. Also, the staff was very kind and helpful. I appreciate the whole experience. The food hallway is very peaceful and very neat and clean! Definitely going back with some people next time!

My mom took my sister and I to a food hall near her house becasue she said this place is her favorite spot for ramen. I'm from Hawaii so delicious Japanese ramen is a hard sell for me, guess I'm a little bit of a ramen snob, haha. I will say that the ramen left an impression. The noodles are so bouncy and wonderful and the miso broth, I got, was rich and full of umami flavor. Delicious! My mom and sister got the shoyu ramen which was clean and refreshingly flavorful. Those noodles were the star of the show though.
The service was also great. The female behind the counter was by herself when we first got there and I appreciated how hard she was working. The owner even came by to check to see if we enjoyed the food, that was really nice. He said he plans to open another branch soon and shared how he learned about making noodles in Japan. A little unassuming spot, with yummy ramen. I would highly recommend trying this place.

We came accross Yasubee in Flushing and were attracted to it by the very clean, cozy and pleasant ambiance. Their service and food? WOW !! Excellent !!
Their Ramen was exquisite and hearty... thick noodles, al dente, in an exquisite well-seasoned broth, I ordered the Miso Rammen, a very generous portion with plenty of minced pork, bamboo shoots, leeks, carrots and more. We also ordered the Pork & Chicken Gyoza (dumplings) which were incredibly delicious and delicate, and also ordered the Potato and Corn croquette, out-or-this-world good, which to our surprise, was served as a compliment of the house. Beverages were also on the house !
The service was impeccably fast, professional and friendly. As an additional bonus, we got to meet Steve, the owner, who gave us some background history of the thick Japanese Rammen. He is in the process of opening up another location in Manhattan, near FIT, which we plan to visit as well.
It was the perfect experience and perfect food for any day. I highly recommend it!!!
Congratulations, Steve, and much success...
