I tell you, it was the ramen for me!!! Everything was so tasty and rich in flavor. Also, the staff was very kind and helpful. I appreciate the whole experience. The food hallway is very peaceful and very neat and clean! Definitely going back with some people next time!
My mom took my sister and I to a food hall near her house becasue she said this place is her favorite spot for ramen. I'm from Hawaii so delicious Japanese ramen is a hard sell for me, guess I'm a little bit of a ramen snob, haha. I will say that the ramen left an impression. The noodles are so bouncy and wonderful and the miso broth, I got, was rich and full of umami flavor. Delicious! My mom and sister got the shoyu ramen which was clean and refreshingly flavorful....

Shoyu ramen - soup is okay with a slightly sour taste I wasn't expecting and not in a good way. Tastes slightly toasty maybe a bit too much. Toppings are sorely lacking. One slice of char siu, no egg, no nori sheet so know to expect less than usual despite the standard $16 price tag. Also seems to use thick tsukemen noodles instead of regular thinner shoyu ramen type noodles so that's also...
