Yumpling serves really authentic Taiwanese food and it's a gem in the LIC neighborhood, which we desperately need. Staff are friendly and courteous. They also make one the best Zha Jiang Mian. My to go place for dinner.

Yumpling Trio -- really enjoyed the variety with the spicy chili oil and scallion garnish! Had a solidbl panfried sear! The pork and chicken ones were my top picks, the veggie filling was a bit on the bitter side.

The staff member who took my order was super sweet, and my food was ready within 10 minutes. The popcorn chicken was juicy, crispy, and flavorful. There were photos of Taipei, fitting for the food served. The restaurant was modern with a few tables for small groups and individuals.
