We arrived just as they opened. It became very clear the food was leftover from a previous day. It was very dry and bland. For 2 adults, 2 10 yr olds and a 2 yr old and the bill was $80. We all tried to find something half way decent but we couldn't. The restaurant itself was filthy. We should've taken a hint from the outside.

Service was distant and the tables were too close to each other. The other table kept bumping into my chair and table when going to get more plates of food. Food was of expected quality. Mediocre at best.

ATTENTION!! *** Chinese buffets have been my favorite since I was a young girl. My Husband and I have gone to 9 dragons for a long time now. Our visits the last couple times have been OK food is usually luke warm not fresh at all service wasnt the best we both just thought maybe they have a new cook or something along those lines but something has been off for awhile there And just this past Friday 3/22 we went and was the worst experience ever. The food was awful it all tasted different not how it should and always has tasted the service was horrible took forever for refills on drinks. This visit did it for us after the last part which was to pay and they were speaking in Chinese so we couldn't understand what they were saying but you can usually put 2 and 2 together and figure out what they are talking about and what we noticed after we stood up from the table and went to pay for our meal the women checking us pointed and said TIP TIP!! She was very loud and so we felt obligated to give a tip and to be honest we will tip good if the food is good but most importantly the service because that's one of the main reasons you normally dine out is because you are there to be dined on and be taken care of. This will be our last visit and will not be going back for awhile. This is not how a business should be run. Do better 9 dragons!!

Good food, although missing some staples like coconut shrimp or chicken. Staff was attentive to replenishing the buffet as things ran low, as well as removing plates and refilling your drinks. Got very busy at weekday lunch time, but plenty of tables. Plenty of selections, and reasonably priced for lunch buffet ($13).

The food wasn't that great. The sweet and sour chicken was over cooked, the ribs too. They did have other options thank God. We probably won't go back. Main moon is better for food. The service was awesome though. If you're looking for ok food with good service this place is for you.
This was our second visit to this establishment..They have a decent variety of hot and cold entrees..some spicy..others not..they have selections with beef,chicken and pork..there were also numerous shrimp dishes..we had water with our meal..others chose cold drinks ,such as coke ..they have a variety of ice cream flavors in a self serve freezer..also an assortment of cookies..one food table offered jellos and puddings ..Parking: There were places for over 50 vehicles.Kid-friendliness: Self serve, monitor portionsWheelchair accessibility: No stairs ..

Not greasy but buffet somewhat inadequate and not refreshed well. I'm afraid we have Midhidson Buffet in Kingston to compare and Midhudson is beyond compare. Midhudson has a Mongolian Grill my family raves about. Sorry. We've always wanted to try 9 Dragons and didMeh.

There wasnt a lot of people there whem we went in. Food is good but, it's a buffet only. Seats are all covered in plastic, very odd. Bar area is all closed off and looks like a daycare. They don't serve alcohol. Don't speak English well, the waitresses seem kind of rude.
