It was very busy the day we went. It was lunch time on a weekend. They were packed. Considering how busy they were the service was quick and we were in a time crunch so it worked out perfectly. We ended up splitting an appetizer tray.

After our first good experience at another Applebees, we went to a different location. This one. Unfortunately this experience was not that good. Server keep forgetting our drinkorders, our salad, and because it was so busy, the ambience was restless and not so nice.

This is a great Applebee's as opposed to the one in Plattsburgh NY. This Applebee's sits you right down and you get service. The one I go to on occasion in Plattsburgh is the complete opposite. I actually try NOT to go to the one in Plattsburgh because of how they treat customers. But I like Applebee's, just not the one in Plattsburgh. Did I say that the Applebee's in Plattsburgh is horrible?
We ate here yesterday evening for Labor day and we were immediately seated. Server took our order and meals came out fast. Two of us had the Blackened Salmon and the other member had chicken cesaer Salad. We all enjoyed it

Ordered curbside pick up, supposed to be ready for 7:19 over a half hour of waiting. Tried calling the number on the sign for curbside pick up multiple times with no answer. Then the only curbside worker comes out and tells me they don’t know where my order is. I ordered out of convenience because my power was out and I was unable to cook, terrible terrible service! The manager on duty needs to learn how to effectively run a restaurant.
