Got here at 7:45pm. There is a line to the door with one person making burritos and bowls. This place is very busy and very unders-taffed. Employees were arguing while helping customers. It's 3 hours before closing and there is barely any food left !!

I travel for work, I’m in a different city/state every 4 weeks and chipotle is always my everyday go to after the gym. This location has by far been the best so far. The team there right now is all hard working and great with customer service. Thanks guys. I loved every bowl I got each week!

Food is good here. Lettuce & other veggies were fresh. People are nice. But every single table was dirty and disgusting. Food debris on every single table, every time we come. Bird poop on tables outside. Floors are dirty & disgusting. Bathrooms are beyond unsanitary. This place is really gross. Makes you wonder what the kitchen looks like. And there are plenty of staff here to clean up. No garbage or recycling containers in the outdoor dining area. Whoever owns or managers this place should be ashamed. Get your people to keep this place clean. Yuck.

I’ve been a loyal customer at this Chipotle location for over a year, and I’ve finally had enough. Every time I order a veggie bowl, which doesn’t even include meat, they consistently skimp on the ingredients. I have to ask for more just to get a normal portion, and even then, I’m often met with resistance or given barely any extra.
What’s worse is that when I politely ask for more, I’ve been met with eye rolls or clear attitude from staff. It’s uncomfortable and honestly rude. There’s one specific employee who does this almost every time, and it makes the experience really unpleasant. I shouldn’t feel hesitant to ask for a fair portion, especially as a paying customer.
It’s disappointing that after a whole year, this issue hasn’t improved. I really hope management sees this and takes it seriously.

Well, the food is excellent, but Chipotle has become really stingy. A steak bowl and a small soda comes to $16 and doesn't even come with a basket of chips. If you want queso, that's extra as well. I don't think Moe's is as stingy.

Ordered through doordash on February 12th 2025. Ordered a bowl with sofritas, brown rice, guacamole, fresh tomato salsa, sour cream and cheese. When I got my order the rice was hard, barely cooked. No sofritas added and instead they put veggies instead. The burrito bowl was half the portion and everything tasted terrible. This company has gone downhill so bad and the customer service sucks. The team clearly doesn't know how to read let alone do their job. I'm done with Chipotle cause the prices we pay isn't even worth the food or the quality.

Drove up to this location and noticed signs posted on the front doors informing everything was digital order only! I’ve ordered many times from the mobile app and my order is NEVER made correctly, it’s not even that it can be passed up as an inconvenience. The entire restaurant decides that no one is allowed to dine in at their tables which mind you they have taken the chairs and put the dirty filthy legs on ALL the tables. If you don’t order in person they will f up your order and they leave items out such as chips, dressing, and they skimp on the portions-BECAUSE no one is there to watch them make the food. Exit 15 (Wilton) chipotle loves to randomly close all different hours of the day and say sorry too bad, now this location is playing games.
Update as of 1/12/25 “corporate” reached out and as usual nothing was addressed or done. I was informed they were looping the store manager in which hasn’t happened. Chipotle you’ve lost my business and your employees need a severe reality check, they are NOT entitled!

First time ever going in to any chipotle and the gentleman who was behind the counter rolled his eyes huffed and puffed when I asked questions about the rice and the salsa slopped my bowl together with frustration and extreme irritation. As I became uncomfortable I spoke up and said he should really reevaluate how he was treating customers at that point a woman stepped up asked him to go to the back another two customers spoke up and said they agreed how rude he was. Food wasn't good it was slammed and slipped and not even warm. Won't be returning to chipotle.

Might be the best Chipotle in America
Order was completely wrong & cold. Happened twice also was given Queso… so if you even wanna call it that it look like they threw it on the floor and put it back in the bowl. I asked for a refund and was denied.
