My breakfast sandwich tasted AWESOME, the young man who took my order and made my food was very pleasant and enjoyable. BUT when I go into a restaurant to spend my money and eat, I have BASIC food safety expectations. The young man who was taking orders, payment and making the food, he was such a nice young man, BUT he was wearing the same gloves to do the entire job…he took our cash, with his food safety gloves on, and then he went right over and cut a bagel, with the same gloves on. Come on😩😩😩

We walked in the door and this woman behind the counter did not say hi. She said in a very nasty voice “Cash only” we did not stay to eat. I found out later that 2 people I Know have gone there before and she was nasty and short with them also. My friend told me that an egg/ bagel sandwich was $15. and did not taste good at all.. I would not go there unless you want to be treated with out any dignity, walk away with no money, and feel sick.

Stopped in for a quick bite during a trip. Was pleasantly surprised by their bagel sandwiches, they were great! Super nice worker and everything was made to order. Will definitely stop by again!

10/10 I cannot recommend this place enough. Great service,excellent food and a fantastic atmosphere!! Excellent selection of smoothies and bagels. We particularly enjoyed our server. It was Labour Day and he was single handedly making everything with such a positive demeanour that it made the experience even better. Would come back for Breakfast , lunch and dinner if I could.

I had gone there yesterday to get to get Jalapeño Cheddar bagels but it was later in the afternoon so there weren’t any. So I ORDERED a half dozen for the following day to be picked up at 10 am. When I got there the young woman brought them out to me followed by the man that I felt gave me attitude about getting a “large quantity of specialty bagels” in the future I need to order them a day in advance. I explained at the VERY least TWICE that I ordered them the day before and he repeatedly told me big quantities need to be the day before. He was not in any way nice about it…I apologized but it was truly ridiculous as I had done nothing wrong. If the bagels themselves, coffee and the remarkable women that work there were what I based my ratings on they would have received a 5+++++ rating!

When I rate the food it is the un mocha hot latte. It was very sweet and not much chocolate taste. I went there instead of Starbucks to support a local business. Getting my next 1 at Starbucks.
