This place takes nearly 30 minutes for every order, and mine was only two items and it still takes forever; so I tried to order online so I can save time. My card wasn’t going through, so I tried another (both had positive balances). The app continued to say transactions weren’t going through, so I went and ordered in person. I got home with my order only to see that even though the Daves app said my transaction hadn’t gone through, I had been charged twice according to my card company. Went back to the place to ask for a refund, or at the very least give me the second order that had gone through, only for the employee to insist there was no order and to check with my bank. If my card company had seen two transactions go through, and the app said none did, then obviously theres an issue with the app? The employee insisted there wasn’t an order, and what could she do, but what about my fifty dollars? Do nothing and let money go down the drain? Wouldn’t be as bad if it weren’t for the employees refusal to give me a refund when I paid for something I never ordered.

I am from LA and I was pleasantly surprised they had one up here on our trip to Adirondacks. Super large space and friendly staff. Was craving a hot chicken sandwich and it did not disappoint!
