We used the drive through so the atmosphere was not relevant. The turkey sausage, egg, and cheese sandwich was excellent, and the iced coconut coffee was well made.

Always slow… every time, I avoid this one at all costs, it’s faster for me to go across town and then back to work then go here which is 2 mins down the road from my work.

I had ordered a brown sugar shaken espresso and the cup wasn’t filled so I asked her to fill it and they were all so nice she even talk to her super before even handing it to me so they remade it

I ordered a 25 pack of munchkins and only received 21. This is the second time this store has shorted it in 2 weeks. Plus they don’t give a receipt. May not seem like a big deal but they ripped me off $1.44 worth of food and if they do that to everyone then that’s a problem.

Went there today as drive through wasn’t closed off on the app for once and placed an order. Got to the store and there was a sign in the way of the drive through. Parked and went inside, waited in line for 15 minutes because the two girls behind the counter were laughing, making snide comments, making rude comments about each other, trashing the place and saying “just hand out the drinks as is and get these people out of here.” The store was filthy with milk and powders everywhere. Disgusting. Finally got up to the register with one lady in front of me and the girl at the register picks up her cell phone as she was getting a phone call and answers it, which the other girl promptly rips it out of her hand and says “management watches the cameras you know we can’t do that.”the girl says back “i don’t care, i’m 2 seconds from quitting anyways.” extremely unprofessional. That had me wanting to walk out from the get go. Got up to the register and said that I had done a mobile order but couldn’t get through the drive through and she said, “ok. the name?” with an eye roll, and i said my name and she proceeded to look so bothered and offended that I had ordered a drink from a coffee shop. She said “yeah, we can’t make lattes.” I scoffed and started walking away because at this point I was annoyed and frustrated and late for work. She stops me and says she can give me a cash refund, I’m confused why I can’t just be refunded through the app and get my points back as I didn’t even get my drink anyways. Got my 5$ and left. I have had SEVERAL awful experiences at this dunkin and will never go again. Should’ve learned my lesson the first time.

This Dunkin is horribly understaffed constantly. They’ve had to keep the drive-thru closed frequently due to lack of staffing and the poor employees inside are entirely overworked (and most definitely underpaid for their workload) and scrambling all the time to keep up with mobile orders. What new employees they hire are never trained correctly. Management and corporate is failing this store. If you’re too understaffed to open the drive-thru, you’re too understaffed for mobile-order. I was waiting in line today in an almost empty store as the workers were trying to catch up on mobile orders and the machine just kept beeping and beeping and beeping more orders. Hire more employees, spend the time to ACTUALLY train them, and then schedule your shifts with the hours you ACTUALLY require to properly run a store, and stop setting your employees up to fail and burnout.

Today’s experience at 6:23AM was horrendous - customer service was beyond horrible and the wait once again was brutal!
Would anyone like grinds once again with their coffee!

Horrible dunkin. Could be slow or busy but food or drinks will still take almost 10mins. I expect sandwiches to take awhile but not a drink by itself, especially when i go inside for a single drink. Also didn't give me a receipt and kinda gave me attitude/ rolled eyes when I dared ask for it.

Exit 18 dunkin is the SLOWEST dunkin in the Queensbury region. Inused stop every other day and get a Large hot chocolate and 2 chocolate filled donuts. Then they started getting slower. So I gave them a break for months. Started going a couple times a week and getting my hot chocolate. Now when I try to stop the drive thru is closed more than it is open, the staff tell you they will be right with you and never come back. These companies wonder why they lose customers. Well now you know.

These girls here are awesome, the weekend I came in and saw three of them and the parking lot kept filling, drive thru kept getting longer, The young Lady quickly said no drive thru all in lobby now. And put out signs. Rocked it QUICK and calm with the looks of oh my.. people could see three girls and yet they kept pushing and these girls didn't stop, that morning a month or so back. Team work like that aggervated wanting the day to end but smiled and apologized for everyone's wait. ? KUDOS ?
