It’s never a good experience when we come here, but today we decided why not door dash it. The food looked like it was literally just thrown in the packagings for it. Wake up wraps were completely disassembled in the package and each time we go in we don’t see them place bags for drive through. They are completely thrown to the register area. No one ever has a smile when we go there and everyone always seems to have an attitude. Except for the older lady that is at drive thru. She is an absolute delight!!!

Went to order in store pick up but the team had locked the door, it was about 5:40 AM and about 30 degrees outside. They had no postage as to the lobby being locked down for the morning, and no one tried to assist seeing that we were standing out there for nearly 20 minutes.

Ariel is a complete nightmare. I get that it was hectic and there was a lot going on, but every other employee was kind. Everytime we have an encounter, Ariel is rude and unprofessional. If you hate your job that much, maybe find a new job?

i normally love coming here, Until today. This morning I witnessed the most inhumane worker speak to another worker. This young lady was going out of her way to help us she had short what looked like blonde hair, when the lady who was taking orders in the drive through long brown hair younger maybe 20ish Yells at her to stop what she’s doing and “just ugh” more derogatory words were used, simply because they had just ran out of caramel. This was not communicated obviously. Causing the first lady to run into the bathroom crying. If she works there all the time i have to say i will take my business elsewhere. That brunette lady is not who i would want representing my company.

Long overdue review - I've been to most of the Dunkin's in the area but this one STAYS my favorite!! I stop by this Dunkin’ regularly and always have a great experience - Very friendly service, especially Tina in the drive thru window! Tina always greets me with the friendliest attitude and a smile! One time I was having trouble with my card on the Dunkin App and I didn't have any of my physical cards on me, Tina took care of me and paid for my meal cause she didn't want to make me go all the way home, even though I told her I wouldn't mind - Tina truly embodies kindness and customer service! Her positive attitude truly brightens my day. Dunkin’ is lucky to have her — seriously, give Tina a raise!

Order from here only because it’s so close to the house but the CONSTANT messed up orders is ridiculous. I don’t know what kind of store the DM there is running but someone needs to crack down on some things.

I ordered two bacon and cheese wraps, as shown the wraps were hard throughout, and the cheese was burnt.

We also ordered two loaded hashbrowns, coming from someone who orders it frequently, i’ve never had it look like this unless if came from Dix. Not crumbled bacon, some of the hashbrowns were rock hard the others were dead cold and soggy.

The lady at the Drive-thru the past several times I have been there is so polite and amazing. The ice coffee I order is always perfect, the hashbrowns are either burnt of uncooked and stuck together. Sometimes my bagel order is correct other times it's not. I still keep coming back because the customer service is excellent
