I was in early this morning to pick up a mobile order and the app had a malfunction notifying me 11 mins before my arrival. I called to troubleshoot the order and they immediately got to work on the order. It was a large order and it was ready by the time I arrived. This level of customer service is hard to find and greatly appreciated!

A very rude old lady /Dunkin employee behind the counter is arguing with customers. She behaves as if she owns the business. Dunkin’ customer service and corporate should immediately hire new staff, as this is damaging their brand and reputation.
Lady behind counter is lied about my order prices. Placed walked in order through the app. Went inside to pickup my order and she said she can’t do iced drinks. So I got myself a large hot coffe and asked if it’s the same price. She said yes. But iced Macchiato was $5.49 and large coffee $3.09. And over all she doesn’t care about customers

We rode a long way to have a coffee here. Wish we had Dunkin in Canada. We should! The service was excellent, young lady serving us was charming and helpful. Great coffee and donuts!! Thank you!
It took them 20 mins for 2 coffees and a bagel. It took them so long that I had to leave so I wasn’t late to work and never got the bagel. I made sure that I left a half hour early so I would have plenty of time to stop and get breakfast before work. DO NOT GO HERE if you want a quick stop.
