I'm local to Glens Falls and this, of the few Dunkin's around, is the best one. Albeit slow *sometimes*, they're friendly and pleasant. World's better than the Warrensburg location and more personable than the other locations in the area.

The quality of of Dunkin' foods at this location is up to their usual quality standards. Coffee, donuts, and breakfast foods are all good. However, service here is very slow. Doesn't matter if you order from the app, drive thru, or inside it is just not as fast as other Dunkin Donuts locations. Be prepared to wait longer than usual when ordering from here.

A little bit out of the way, but worth the trip! It's not a stand alone Dunkin's but better than the gas station ones. Service was excellent, but be patient, like all they have their peak busy times. What I really like is that there are a few tables inside but also seating outside. Great destination for bikers during Americade!Parking: Watch for motorists, it can be a little hectic!

The older lady who works here is a miserable grouch, after waiting at the window for 5 min and my food sitting right there at edge the lady had the nerve to give me attitude. This women shouldn’t be working with people

If I can leave zero stars I would. Went there during my lunch hr as normal. Service never an issue. Today is National Cold Brew Day. I asked for one at window. Woman with a massive scowl on her face (who is manager might I add) doesn't exactly explain what I need to do to order one rang me up and says it didn't cold brew didnt come off and didn't help me either. She was annoyed that I asked for one. Well now I am annoyed because she wasn't helpful to begin with. I told her to take off cold brew charge/take back the drink. she didn't, gave me drink and told me to never come back because I gave her a piece of my mind. She had audacity to rip me off in the process. Hey lady, take some happy pills and learn how to treat customers better maybe you'll make more revenue. Didn't see anyone knocking down their door. If you want to get ripped off and abused go here.

We went through drive thru 5 minutes before closing...we were greeted by a courteous young employee who saw our dogs and asked if we would like a pup cup? We didn't know what that was and not knowing what to expect he came with two little cups of whipped cream and a munchkin. The dogs went nuts! Loved it more than ice cream! To top it off our coffee was perfect!! Pup cups are an incredibly cute idea!

I have been to this dunkin a few times as I am local. It is never a pleasant stop. Each time I have gone, you wait a ridiculous time for a drink and the girls are rude. They make it seem as though you are a burden to them and yet, they want $15/hr. They need an inservice on customer service. I now only go to the fort Ann dunkin. They are so nice and the line goes fast.

There was a very long line. One lady was very rude to customers and to other workers there. She eventually had enough and said no more orders. She went over to the orders screen and cancelled them all. I ordered a strawberry frosted donut, and got a chocolate frosted one. I also ordered hash browns but there was only 2 in the package.

Extremely rude old lady yelled at me because I “ordered too much” in the drive through. This was AFTER I had already tipped them 10 dollars. I go to this location at least 3 times a week since it is closest to my house but I will never be going back to this Dunkin. Worse Dunkin experience I have ever had. If I could give it 0 stars I would. This lady does not deserve a job here and clearly has no respect for others. I want my 10 dollars back.

Very rude. First time ever going to this Dunkin. I got cut off and told my price when telling him that I wasn't done ordering (only two things). Got to the window, paid, and when he handed my son's drink he said have a good day when I told him that I ordered mini bagels too he had closed the window ( saw him hit the switch) and a different person had gave me the food.
