I actually love their subs. They are amazing but you should never order online. It will say ready in 20 minutes but in reality, it takes close to 45-60 minutes. I’ve ordered online 7 or 8 times now and I refuse to go anymore.

I will show up late to pick up and they usually have not even started my order. So now it’s rushed and a few times they got my order wrong. I’ve seen staff argue with customers twice now. I couldn’t tell you who was right or who was wrong because I didn’t pay attention. But it was enough aggravation on both sides to make people snap.

Instead of ordering online, you could wait on the line but that takes forever too. And their dining room is always messy.

I’m not blaming staff. I’m sure they’re overworked and underpaid. Whoever is setting up online ordering is at fault. Whether it’s the individual franchisee owner or corporate, they don’t set a limit to online ordering. A hundred people could order in a ten minute span and they’ll take your money gladly.

It’s a shame because I love the sandwiches here but I refuse to spend another dime

My boyfriend ordered two subs last night thru online and brought home to eat one of subs had way too much red vinegar on the sub so I’m not happy about that so thought I’d post this . My boyfriend did bring it back today because had no time to go back so went today instead .

Great food and excellent customer service! I had no idea that Jersey Mike's had a kids meal until the employees told me they did. When they asked my son what kind of cheese he wanted, he said Pepperoni, and they did it for him. This place was awesome and I would absolutely recommend this location for sure.

Please change your gloves when working with food and taking money. You make a sandwich, cash someone out then go back to making food without changing gloves! It's gross, not everyone wants to eat dirty money.

I've been here more than a few times now. My dad likes this spot but yesterday I went with my Mom (her first experience at JMs). The heavier set dude with ponytail was pretty aggressive with just trying to get us through the line when she was obviously confused about how the menu and ordering worked. There was 2 people behind us in line, all the dude had to do was take 10 second and answer a question instead of having me do it but I could tell he was having it so I just helped her and she got a hot sub as did I. We waited for our subs and were expecting to be able to get some dressing and Salt/Pepper on our subs but the dude rudely told us to move to the other side after we paid and she had tipped, which I was floored about given how little help the guy was. We get our subs and weren't given the opportunity to have any other vegetables like pickles our dressing and or Salt/Pepper then every single table is dirty.

Last time I came in to this place they were serving brown lettuce to people and laughing about it. I work in the industry, you can't expect people to pay 14 bucks for a sub with brown lettuce and sit and dirty tables.

Don't think I'll be coming back to this place. Sucks because I live locally and usually do like the brand.

I don’t think I’ve ever left a negative review for a business before, but the staff at the queensbury location are extremely rude. They ignore you when you walk in, are condescending, and have an attitude. Maybe the manager or franchise owner should spend a little time there to see exactly they what kind of business they’re operating.

Completely RUDE Staff!! Will never go back to this location again ! The kid that made my subs was the rudest person I have ever had wait on me anywhere ! I asked his name and he wouldn’t tell me . The girl that rang me out was rude as well , all I have for a meme on the receipt is Cody. Whoever the manager of this queensbury location is the should gave a staff meeting to let his staff learn how to treat a paying customer . Unless of course they don’t care either . I’ll never be back !!

No wait everyone was very friendly. Richie is great always a pleasure seeing him. The one thing that some customers need to understand is that door dash and app orders need to be completed as well just because that customer is not there in person their order needs to be done as well. Sitting with my grandson we heard a customer complain about waiting.. she waited maybe a total of 1 minute. On any customer complaint I believe it is the customer not the staff that’s the problem

They are consistent with the quality. I've personally only had good subs from this spot and the other locations nearby. Whoever was on grill tonight did an outstanding job. Can't go wrong going here.

Bunch of over priced crap.i ordered it sub it was 13.88. They charged me 40 dollars.i tried canceling online couldn't i called jersey Mike's over and over no answer.

I feel so lucky that this is our local Jersey Mikes! Everyone who works there is so nice and does a great job making a sandwich. Richie is especially fantastic and we’re always happy to see when he’s there because we know we will get a great sandwich and it’s great service.
