I feel so lucky that this is our local Jersey Mikes! Everyone who works there is so nice and does a great job making a sandwich. Richie is especially fantastic and we’re always happy to see when he’s there because we know we will get a great sandwich and it’s great service.

The food is always absolutely delicious every time I come here. No complaints on that end. The only thing that is frustrating is the service. I don't know if they need more help or if they need to come up with a better system but whenever they are slightly busy, they are slower than molasses.

I cannot recommend unless ownership of this location takes action to correct the issues. I don't see any responses to any reviews though.
I asked for and was charged for extra cheese when ordering a "giant" sub because the last few times I would have liked more. When the subs are made in view of the customer, why wouldn't you?
If you're just stopping in you might have to wait a few minutes in line but if you order online have patience. The employees do a good job and are friendly but are burdened when there are more than a few customers.
It's quick service not instant, it takes time to make the sub.
I ordered a Philly and watched for maybe 17 minutes as the lines backed up. No big deal for me but a lot of people are impatient and had to wait almost as long, maybe longer for orders.
Just be patient when waiting. But don't expect the order to be correct.

This is the only location close to our home and unfortunately my husband likes these subs, I never order one because I don't like their deli meats and the lettuce is always brown. Service at this location is excruciatingly slow whether standing in the regular ordering line or picking up an online order. I don't know how they stay in business. Usually one person upfront and one person scurrying around at the grill with nobody available to give you your pickup order, they won't even acknowledge your presence at the pickup counter. The inferior service occurs at any time or day you go. And lets not forget that these subs are expensive for sub par meats and toppings!!! Just because they slice it in front of you doesn't mean it tastes better.

I had an amazing experience at Jersey Mike’s, thanks to Tyler! His attention to detail and friendly service really stood out. He made sure my order was perfect and even recommended some great additions to my sandwich that I wouldn’t have thought of. Tyler’s positive attitude and professionalism made my visit extra enjoyable. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I went to Jersey Mike's to grab a sub before work, waited behind two girls getting their subs made, as soon as they were done the girl making the subs walks away to work on online orders, leaves me standing there for 10 mins while the guy on the grill finishes up the order he is working on. I am thinking he will come take my order, but you would be mistaken he grabbed more online orders and leaves me standing there waiting. Why would you not help the customer in the building, horrible business model and horrible service

Ordered a salami sub. There was only one layer of salami. If the salami was sliced any thinner, it would disintegrate. Ultimately, it was a lettuce and tomato sub. Hey, guy, if you were making a salami sub for yourself, is this how you would make it? Pissed

My husband and I came in for some sandwiches. I used reat room first. Came out and my husband just put his order in for sandwich. I politely waited for gentleman to finish cleaning his area. We were the only ones in the restaurant. It took this man several minutes to acknowledge me. I finally get to place my order and my husbands is just about done. When I ordered my sandwich, I asked for extra meat and cheese because the last one I received didn't have much on it. I don't like eating a sandwich that's mostly bread. Not only did the sandwich end up costing me double( instead of $10.00 it was $20.00). It still was barely a sandwich. Will not go again. They are not much better than subway only different. I don't see a place to post the pucture, but I did take photos of my sandwich. I also let them know I was not happy about the cost and the size of my sandwich. For 20.00 I can buy several pounds of meat and make several sandwiches for that 1.

Asshole sandwich maker, thinks he owns the parking lot. was very rude, started making our sandwich and was being a dick abt asking what we wanted. Than threw the sandwich away when we went to leave started to call the cops because he ran his mouth and we told him to come outside about it, you guys have a sissy working for you. fire that prick !

The wait was ridiculously long, so I wanted to cancel my online order. I couldn't get anyone on the phone while another 20 minutes went by, and when FINALLY someone answered, I told him my husband had been in the store waiting and I wanted to cancel my order, the man that picked up said "He can wait" and hung up on me.
