Wish it would be right. $65 family meal and the chicken that wasn’t dry was burnt. Had to toss 7/12 pieces. Contacted customer service to be ignored.

Placed an online order and some items were missing. I tried calling to ask if I could have my order fixed , I got hung up on. I went in person to explain the situation and the lady was rude and didn't fix the problem.

I always went to the KFC in Queensbury but yesterday, October 28, I was disappointed by the girl called MANDY who attacked us in a rude manner. After we had paid for 2 chicken orders with French fries and 2 salads, they didn't give us the fries. We went to complain and the girl took the bill from us and threw it on the table. She rudely took a salad from us and started insulting us. If the manager is seeing this, please, I recommend that he send that girl to study customer service. Because it's really a shame that I'm a KFC food lover and I have to stop eating there because of the bad service. I wonder if that girl MANDY is the owner of the restaurant ? to behave that way with customers.

Another fast food restaurant in the area that isn’t worth your time and money. When it comes to food service this is the worst area I’ve ever experienced. Been like this for years and just getting worse.

The food has gone down hill. Last two times we went the chicken was all fat not much meat. The coleslaw tasted off and the people at the order window are rude in demeanor.

I experienced blatant first class discrimination by Walter who Refused me service!!! People of color beware- he denied me service and threatened to spit on my food!
Unacceptable in this day and age yet he continues to work at an establishment that is supposed to serve the general public!!!
Totally disgusting and unacceptable .
