I was a dine in this afternoon and I experienced a very pleasant group of young ladies. I don't know all their names but I remember one her name was Brianna, she was very professional and understanding about my allergies and diet restrictions. We did a mobile order. Went in to pick up, the bag was tied so we took it back to the hotel then opened. When we opened the fries were missing and all sauces. I wasn’t too concerned with the sauce but I did call about the fries as it was 2large fries. When I called they said we can come pick it up and that was fine we did.
I would just say definitely check your orders before leaving so you don’t have to make another trip especially if you have kids or to tired.

Staff was backed up. Placed order online and it was 25 minutes later than estimate. Then I got home and they gave us everything EXCEPT the chicken. Understaffed? I don't know. 🤷🏼♀️
