The staff is friendly and the food is served quickly!!! The 'ders (short for quarter pounDERS) are the best!!! Not too much ketchup and onion. There was enough onion from first to last bite!!

Me and my daughter always order through the drive-thru, but today we decided to wheat in. The girl working had no personality not friendly at all. We finally get our food and our burgers were ice cold. For 40$ food should not be cold. I asked for new ones. Then the girl tells me it's going to be a while, and I didn't understand what she said at first. Then she walked past me and mocked me in the middle of the dining room. I asked for the manager Candice is her name and she was unfriendly as well with the personality of a ROCK!@ people this job is not for you. You have no people skills at all. Something is not right here. You should be ashamed to treat customers that way, and as a waitress I will be spreading the word.

We did a drive thru pick up order from the mobile app. It was extremely packed at the drive thru. Was picking up lunch for the kids as we were on our way to the lake and they wanted this. When we got to the lake and opened up the bag there was an item missing I called about the situation and have not gotten a call back as I was told . We donât live in the area and would be going back there so I wanted to be refunded for the item. Still havenât received a call back. I even called the customer service number and they told me someone from the location would call to rectify the problem. And as I said still waiting on the call

Worst McDonald's ever. The outer drive thru didn't work. We waited to order at the window. When we told the employee she could have cared less. Didn't even acknowledge us. No apologies at all. Had to wait at 3rd window. No straws. Got drinks wrong. Again no apologies for waitvor anything
The worst possible experience. Took my grandson for a burger and fries. We waited for a half an hour ( itâs wasnât busy-only one other person) and I had to go to the counter and ask for it. The fries were ice cold and the burger is a tiny little thing. Not going back!

Today I went to have a lunch with my family, when our food arrived I noticed our McChicken with cheese was missing. When I approached the worker at the counter about the missing item I was met with headshaking and a comment to the other workers about âhe needs cheese on his McChicken for some reasonâ. I didnât trust eating the food after that interaction so my McChicken was discarded. The manager did refund the sandwich and came over to the table we were seated at. She was very understanding and polite however this experience has left me not wanting to come back.

It's kind of difficult to get into and out of. Google takes you to a closed off entry on a side road. Turning left out of the parking lot is nearly impossible, and the parking is confusing. The service is good, though.
