This McDonald’s is notorious for being understaffed. As a result the wait can be long. It will even close early, ranging from 9:30 to 10:20 pm. Either way it can be super frustrating when you expect it to be open.

This McDonald's use to be one of the best McDonald's in the area! To be honest one of the best McDonald's that I've been in, in NY! The owner took pride in the gardens at the back of the restaurant and the front. The employees were all very helpful and happy. I don't know what's happened but all the employees that use to be there are pretty much gone and things have kind of gone downhill. One time when I went in, the counter employee was just rude. I never experienced that before there. I now don't go as often as I use to.

Ordered Lunch at 10:30 as menu changed over. Guests still were receiving breakfast orders until I finally got my lunch order from the Front counter almost 15 minutes later. Yet I have items missing. The staff were handing wrong orders out and yelling loud enough for the entire restaurant to understand why it was taking so long for food to be served. Two guests walked out of the store without ordering, rather than wait for my missing food I followed them out the door.

No drink fountain :( They don't even give a straw with drinks. As usual with McDonald's, they're intentionally understaffed, so despite a sign saying you can get refills at the counter, that's never going to actually happen
After ordering my food, the supervisor brought it to my table. Prices were a little bit lower than NYC prices.
