How is this place still open as a company. The CEO should be ashamed. Service was lovely. I dont even blame the "chefs".
Bread sticks bland dough over salted
Spaghetti tastes like a frozen meal
Pasta e fagioli just bland tomato sauce
Gnocchi soup tasted like bad clam chowder with canned pink chicken not one gnocchi.
Salad is the only thing good but how can you mess that up.
Olive Garden was our favorite many years ago but this is insanity at this point.
Drinks just glasses of syrup...
I thought we learned our lesson be we figured we give it shot. Jokes on us.

Went today and was pretty disappointed. The pasta was really al dente and even with the Alfredo sauce, it was still pretty dry!! Loved the crispy chicken though... 😕

This place is disgusting my ex-boyfriend's family brought me here and he kept going on and on about how good the Olive garden is and it made me question whether he was Italian or not. I did not eat much besides the breadsticks. There are many other better restaurants in lake George and surrounding areas. Like by the Red Sox owner's house on the east side of the "pond".
Greeter and server were fabulous! The restaurant was clean. Drinks and food came out quickly. Friendly, frequent check-ins. Boxed the left overs for me instead of having me do it.

I was happy with everything. The food was good. Michelle is a very nice waitress.
They seated the children all around me I asked if I could be moved and they said no but yet they can accommodate fat people with booths and chairs, but they can’t accommodate people that don’t like children breadsticks were salty calamari was chewy

I stood at the counter for over 20 mins waiting for my Togo order. There was 4 ppl at counter, plus the 2 hostesses for in dining service. The 2 girls at Togo counter were counting there tips and talking amongst themselves; didn’t even acknowledge me. 2 young men, one looked like he was in lala land and The other young man was taking an order over the phone. After about 8 mins the young man on the phone told me he’d be right with me. But the other 3 weren’t welcoming. Thought it was really rude, they were young. But it’s not an excuse, common curtesy when you work in the food industry.

We had one of the best experiences Sunday evening. Sonya was our server and you would never know she was a newer member of OG..Excellent service, and very attentive. The best I've had anywhere in a long time. Always had a smile, a fresh drink and never an empty plate left on table. She was a very pleasant server to have. Thank you from table 57😉

Great service and excellent customer service.
Food is very good.
Wait staff was Attentive to when we were getting low on drinks. Usually we have to ask for refills. Clean environment. The music was loud but was turned down without having to ask. The food is always delicious

Service was outstanding. The food was good and it's a nice place. But the waitress outshines everything, she was flawless.

Ordered steak gorgonzola 1/27 to go. Disappointed. Steak was overcooked and hard from possibly sitting under lights to long. Rolls were also hard and tough. Will not order again.
