Worst margarita I've ever had, came in a small soda glass, waited over and hour for 2 Turkey clubs that came out on stale bread, waitress asked if I wanted something else I said no thank you, and asked for the check. Did not want to come back to our table to take our payment and give us change, had to flag another waitress down to get it to her and when she returned to give us our change she slammed the book down on the table and gave the snarkiest "have a nice day "
I left 5$ as that is my bare minimum for poor food poor service. Will never return here for any reason.
( I am a very generous tipper and acknowledge that the kitchens outcome isn't always on the server but the way she handled it is what cost her the tip)

We just had a great dining experience made possible by our wonderful server and the hands-on class act of a manager. My husband and i’s meals were great, but something tasted off about our daughter’s Mac n cheese. The manager immediately looked into the matter and put in a replacement meal. The team went above and beyond to rectify the situation (even though it really wasn’t that big of a deal!). We love Otooles and are thankful for their great staff and service. Just about everything was terrible. The clam chowder was actually good. Couple people in our party ordered burgers, both were over cooked from what was ordered. Sweet potato fries were burnt AND cold - figure that one out. I ordered the garlic blue steak, ordered it medium, it was well done, and had to send it back as there was no garlic butter or blue cheese crumbles. Got the corn as a side, it was so bland and tasted like plastic. Food use to be good here, was quickly reminded why do don't go any more. Our server was real nice, I will say that was probably the only positive thing about the whole evening.

Been going here for years. Can tell under new management, portions getting way smaller but prices going up. Food is still good but not much of it anymore. Not sure if will go back as often anymore?
Order wasn’t correct. Ordered steak medium rare, it was medium well. Wife ordered a taco salad with ground beef, absolutely no meat what so ever in her salad. For the cost of dinner, I would have expected something close to what we ordered, we did not get that. Ordered it to go, and by the time I got home with it, it was too late to do anything about it. Would never recommend to anyone, just the opposite save your money.

I’ve been going to O’Tooles since 2011 and it’s still one of my favorite restaurants. I almost always get the Buffalo Chicken Salad, Taco Salad, or their amazing wings; and I’ve never been disappointed. The atmosphere is perfect for family lunch/dinner AND for the times you get to sneak out as adults and have a cold beer and play Quick Draw! Will never stop telling people how much I love O’Tooles!
