We first tried this place a few years back and we're not impressed. Last year we tried again on a wing special day and we're again disappointed. We've been looking for a place where we could grab a booth or cozy up to the bar and have friendly conversations with the server or bartender while enjoying good, hot food in a great atmosphere. We've recently been seeing ads from Otoole's advertising daily specials and more importantly, new management and staff...
I recently attended a baby shower here and the staff was amazing. the food was great. they provided a nice variety. the staff kept our water glasses and coffee cups as well as cups full for tea at all times. can not say enough good about the restaurant and the staff.
The food was good and plentiful. The service was good. I just had to wait a while to pay for it. The atmosphere was OK. I am not into a bunch of TV's while I am eating, and they are everywhere you look.
