My sister and I were at the Queensbury location when the tornado warning hit yesterday. The staff was very friendly and made sure everyone was safe and calm in the back of the store while the storm passed through. We even got a free cookie!

I was at the Queensbury Panera yesterday during the tornado warning. The staff was very effective at keeping everyone safe and calm in the back of the store while the storm was passing through and the winds had picked up. They even gave us some free cookies while we waited for the storm to pass and were friendly the entire time.

Arrived after busy lunch. Several tables still available. Did not use kiosk to order, took a few for a clerk to come take order at cash register. Food ready fast. New salad item was very good. Soup and mac&cheese a staple on menu. Always good at this location.Tables kept clean and dishes cleared for washing on regular basis
