I would have given these guys a 5, but the 7am opening hour is just plain silly. 5am Stewart's parking lot is packed with all the blue collar workers who drive right passed their closed up diner. I was there at 7am last week. It was me and 2 old men.

What a disappointment.
We both didn't like the breakfast potatoes (ni didn't know it was even possible). They were soft and texture was a miss.
Plates were too minimal like no attention was given to plating, no fruits or tomatoes and just eggs and 2 slices of bacon and the bad potatoes. It wasn't a pretty plate. If you eat with your eyes then that won't be a good breakfast for you.
Pancakes were good.
