I ordered from the Queensbury store online. I noticed right away that I placed it at the wrong store. I called immediately within a minute. I'm assuming the owner answer the phone I told him what happened he put me on hold. I was on hold for 11 minutes. I hung up called back and spoke to the same man again. Again he put me on hold this time for 26 minutes. Then I got an email saying my order was ready for pickup. He would not resolve the issue I had to reach out to corporate. So be careful from ordering from here he will keep your money. He also probably never even made my order.

First of all, We went through the drive thru to pick up and order, we waited about 5 minutes of no service, we pulled out and went inside. Told the lady at the register we were in the drive thru and had nobody help us. While we were waiting for our food, One of their cooks picked up dirty trays off the floor WITH THE FOOD SPATULA, and continued to use it on the food. I’m sorry; DISGUSTING… and so were the floors.. The app says 15 min, and your order is ready, We waited probably an extra 10+ minutes on simply just wings. All of our food was cold since we’d waited so long for our food. Once we arrived home and opened the pizza it looked like it had been sliced, taken apart and the reassembled incorrectly. Food was absolutely disgusting for the amount of time we waited. Sorry, not worth my time, my money or yours.

The place desperately needs an overhaul! Aren't there franchise rules about that? Service was excellent and the pizza is always a solid but dang. Spruce the only Hut we have left up a little!
