The place desperately needs an overhaul! Aren't there franchise rules about that? Service was excellent and the pizza is always a solid but dang. Spruce the only Hut we have left up a little!

Great food, but avoid this place on a Friday or Saturday night. Twice in the past few weeks, i have had to wait for my order. Once on a take out order that we deliberately set a pick up time an hour later than our order time. And once with a dine in experience, watching people who came in after us, get served and leave before my dinner even arrived. Waitress was great. But the kitchen truly needs to get there act together.
January 2025
After a bad encounter I had I spoke with the manager Gary. We talked and he listened to what happened and addressed my concerns, he offered to cover my next order to make things right. I took him up on his offer and ordered lunch today. He made everything fresh himself and again apologized for my last visit. He made it right in my eyes and I will be back because of his customer service!
