The waitress was horrible she never came back to see if everything was good, she decided to stand and talk to the table across from us for about 7 min. The coleslaw was very old, had been refridgerated for a ling time. We did not like the tarter sauce and we needed more ketchup. The whole experience was very bad, we will never go back.
We always ask for Jen when we go. She is amazing, so sweet, patient and kind. We love her! Food is always good and we enjoy the atmosphere.

Was in the mood for seafood so it was quick and convenient. Seated immediately. Place obviously smelled like seafood... prices are fairly high. Quantity was good. Chowder, just ok. Scallops and shrimp skewers were pretty good.

Nothing too special I guess. The food was decent but when I did ask for my meal they accidentally gave me the appetizer version... We all make mistakes. Our waitress was phenomenal you could definitely tell she was a good person!

Family-friendly seafood restaurant chain. This specific branch is well located and the service is good. It's a must stop for our family when we go to Lake George.
Worse visit ever to Red Lobster. First, they need a new bartender that knows how to make drinks. One whiskey sour, one amaretto sour...no froth, no cherries. Lemon wedges. Sent one back and got a virgin frozenstrawberry dacquiri. And guess what was on top of it, u guessed it...lemon wedge, not the strawberry.Ordered our salads. No tomatoes, for house salad. Caesar salad, no romaine, just iceberg lettuce. I excuse myself to go to the ladies room. One toilet totally clogged, another one...poop on the seat, used paper towels all over the floor. I told the host it needs to be cleaned up. Back at the table, food had arrived and waitress decided to vacuum the floor. Really, while we're eating...now about the food...broiled lobster tail...no more than 3 oz., are you serious...3 oz., the new cheddar bay biscuit stuffed shrimp. Now, these shrimp were small to medium size and the stuffing was smaller than a tablespoon and very very dry. Mashed potatoes were a level ice cream scoop. There was no garnish on the plate, no melted butter or paprika on the plain old little lobster tail. (Only my preference) It took 20 min. to get our drinks, another 20 to get salads then 30+ mins. to get the entree. Definitely much smaller portions.To top it all off, a couple came in and sat behind us about 15-20 mins after us. They ordered, ate and left before we got our entrees. So to finish, I sent that drink back and wasn't charged. Bill for 2 people and 1 alcoholic drink...$120...SERIOUSLY... BTW, the shrimp were the size of a quarter and I'd say 1/2 a tablespoon of stuffing.

I think the stuffed mushrooms h as r changed. I used to love them, but this time they were a little different. It was kind of pricey for 2 ppl eating lunch. We had 2 sodas, stuffed mushrooms, coconut shrimp appetizer (as a meal), and a pasta dish. Cost us $80
