Everything and I mean EVERYTHING was perfect. I had Erlander Sauerbraten and the four of us tried many other dishes including desserts and dunkles Bier (best beer I’ve ever had).
Food, service, atmosphere, cleanliness …. alles wunderbar.

Had been several times,always very happy,took some family recently,sauerbraten was dry,beef roulade fell apart on fork very mushy,spatzle was mushy,potato pancakes like a sponge,very disappointing,wondering if things are not getting cooked to order,the service was excellent
I’ve been to Spargel on Nine about 8 times now and it is hands-down the most authentic German restaurant I’ve been to. The food is rich, comforting, and full of tradition.
The highlight of the last two visits? The chanterelle mushroom soup—easily one of the most delicious things I’ve ever tasted. Creamy, seasoned to perfection and unforgettable.
Warm atmosphere, great service—this place is an absolute gem!
