I ordered through DoorDash and received only 3 of the 4 I ordered. I got a chocolate croissant, a cheese danish and my son’s strawberry açaí lemonade but not my mango dragonfruit lemonade. Very disappointing.

The girl with blonde hair (I don't remember her name) greeted me with a smile took my drink order and warmed up my chocolate chip cookie while I was waiting she would smile and greet every other customer with a smile as well great customer service

I ordered two drinks on the app two hot chai tea because my friend was driving there and it’s about 40 minutes away. When he got there, he grabbed my order and brought it back to me and it wasn’t hot at all. It was two iced drinks. When I called they said oh sorry about that. You can come back and we can change it. I said I live far away and I’m not going down there can I get credit for another day? She said no my manager says its only today.

my matcha was horrible i asked for cold foam and when they handed me my drink with NO COLDFOAM ON IT. i asked them to put some one. then a manager woman came to the window and was VERY rude to me claiming the cold foam had sunk into the drink!?!?! what the???? and instead of remaking it she told me to taste it and then argued with me that she WATCHED them put it on. WELL I DONT SEE IT ???? if my drink isn’t what i ordered when i receive it then that’s on you, not me the customer! horrible experience and that woman should be fired. please learn customer service
