my matcha was horrible i asked for cold foam and when they handed me my drink with NO COLDFOAM ON IT. i asked them to put some one. then a manager woman came to the window and was VERY rude to me claiming the cold foam had sunk into the drink!?!?! what the???? and instead of remaking it she told me to taste it and then argued with me that she WATCHED them put it on. WELL I DONT SEE IT ???? if my drink isn’t what i ordered when i receive it then that’s on you, not me the customer! horrible experience and that woman should be fired. please learn customer service

I wish people were trained right and paid attention to the way you ordered your drinks. I get it sometimes people can be picky, I'd like to think I am pretty lenient most of the time. Just got to say at this Starbucks I probably get my drink wrong three out of four times. What do I ask for "a double tall latte with no foam" (this was the amount of Foam in the cup after scrapping it off) cappuccinos are supposed to have foam Lattes or not more hot steamy milk. After driving back around walking my drinking for the 6th or 7th time I've given up. Won't be going there anymore!
