Went to get something from the Long John Silver menu, only to find out they no longer have LJS at that location. It’s the ONLY reason to go to Taco Hell. The Taco Hell menu sucks and you crap it out 15 minutes after eating it. I won’t touch it, neither will anyone I know. Bring back LJS. Actually, it’s probably better to just shut this place down, deep clean it, bring in new staff, and maybe not give people diarrhea from the Taco menu in the future.

Me and my wife had lunch.And the wife got a couple of chicken tacos supremes and nachos supreme.And the nachos were over cooked.And I got a L8 and the fish was warm.but the waffle fries were cold.And the eating establishment was dirty.table needed to be cleaned.And floors had garbage all over it.

Takes from 30 minutes to an hr to get your food if i mobile order for in store pick up. Spent my entire 1hr lunch break and some waiting for my food and all i got was a bowl.
Absolutely disgusting food and “service” and the inside was filthy. A family with kids had to go to the bathroom and get cleaning supplies and clean off a table just to have a place to eat. Horrific

Worst experience I have ever had for fast food the crew was so disgustingly rude. My name was never called so I go to the counter and see some food sitting and when I ask who it’s for they said they don’t know and walked away. After another 20 MINUTES I figured out it was my order by a hopeful guess it was the most disgusting overcooked slop and stone cold from sitting forever. I would stay far away from this location. Absolutely soulless.

They took our Order of mostly fish. Said nothing about a wait. A manger came out after and said “you’re selling food we don’t have. It’s at least a ten minute wait on that”. After 40 minutes they give me my 4 Taco Bell items that had been made and sitting for 20 minutes. ( they were now cold) and then the fish stuff. The waffle fries were cold too. The hush puppies with over cooked. And hard as hockey pucks!!!
I did let them know when we left, that we were very unhappy with our food. She just looked at me, said nothing. This is the third year in a row that we have had long wait times and crappy food at this location. I keep hoping it will get better.

If you are in a hurry this is NOT the place for you. We waited over 30 minutes in a practically empty restaurant. Staff ignored us, was rude when questioned about wait time. But the real icing on the cake was watching the staff in the back grab a hand full of lettuce with his bare hands.
