Takes from 30 minutes to an hr to get your food if i mobile order for in store pick up. Spent my entire 1hr lunch break and some waiting for my food and all i got was a bowl.

Absolutely disgusting food and “service” and the inside was filthy. A family with kids had to go to the bathroom and get cleaning supplies and clean off a table just to have a place to eat. Horrific

Worst experience I have ever had for fast food the crew was so disgustingly rude. My name was never called so I go to the counter and see some food sitting and when I ask who it’s for they said they don’t know and walked away. After another 20 MINUTES I figured out it was my order by a hopeful guess it was the most disgusting overcooked slop and stone cold from sitting forever. I would stay far away from this location. Absolutely soulless.

They took our Order of mostly fish. Said nothing about a wait. A manger came out after and said “you’re selling food we don’t have. It’s at least a ten minute wait on that”. After 40 minutes they give me my 4 Taco Bell items that had been made and sitting for 20 minutes. ( they were now cold) and then the fish stuff. The waffle fries were cold too. The hush puppies with over cooked. And hard as hockey pucks!!!
I did let them know when we left, that we were very unhappy with our food. She just looked at me, said nothing. This is the third year in a row that we have had long wait times and crappy food at this location. I keep hoping it will get better.

If you are in a hurry this is NOT the place for you. We waited over 30 minutes in a practically empty restaurant. Staff ignored us, was rude when questioned about wait time. But the real icing on the cake was watching the staff in the back grab a hand full of lettuce with his bare hands.

Staff didn't let us know when we placed our order that they knew it would take over 15 minutes for dine in or take out. Drive thru orders were going smooth, but people in the dining room were waiting for a long time.
We asked them for a refund and the manager said it would take 15 minutes to come do it. Everything took 15 minutes lol so we left and filed a chargeback
They were short staffed but clearly not focusing on their dine in to keep their drive thru time low.

My boyfriend and I got 7 Doritos locos tacos just beef and cheese and we got little to none on each taco and they were put upside down in the bag. Which we didn’t notice til we got back our house. I understand going at 11:30 at night to get food must be frusting for some or whatever the case may be but I don’t remember the serving size this little..

Very bad customer service.I gave order to her and she didn't give me total and she was speaking slowly.I feel also uncomfortable I even give her cash for transportation.
Of the last three times that I've been there two of them have wasted my entire lunch break only to tell me the credit card machine isn't working or the headsets aren't working or they don't have chicken and they don't have beef save your money and go elsewhere

Ordered a DoorDash just received it my dasher waited 15 minutes for me to receive 1 cold soggy taco. (There was a burrito drink cinnamon twists and two tacos missing) Not to mention my bag was not sealed. Never ordering from here again.
