Zero stars across the board. I waited 30 minutes at the drive through. 3 cars infront of me. 25 minutes to take the first cars order. Then waited another 25 minutes for the 1st car to get there meal. I had to leave so i wasn't late picking up my son. Never have I waited 50 minutes in a drive through before. Didn't even pay or get my food. Absolutely ridiculous

This was the best Taco Bell I have been to in YEARS! Someone was cleaning the dining room the whole time we were there- usually Taco Bells aren’t very clean in my experience . Good was fresh, veggies/ tomatoes, etc and it actually tasted freshly made. I was impressed and I don’t know anyone here nor have I been here before!

This Taco Bell is Ok. My wife ordered her food at the register and I ordered mine through the app at the same time. She got hers right away, but i got mine 10 mins later. Avoid using the app I guess, they dont seem to complete those orders timely.

Your store needs a better system for covering the drive thru and counter and door dash. The fact that you do door dash last and neglect the counter line completely is terrible.

All Taco Bell stores seem to have a problem with getting orders correct. They need to raise the standards for who try hire. Maybe someone with an I Q. over ...... who am I kidding, any I.Q. would be an improvement.
I mean. The food is always good, but the wait times are always obscene. I stopped coming for like 6mo but caved. Nothing has improved sadly. 23min in the drive through is insane..

This was as a result of a door dasher who tried to pick up an order and was mistreated by a male manager on 2 - 25 - 25 during the daytime hours. To be this rude and inappropriate means that you don’t like your job and hoping this reaches the right people so that this “man” is held accountable! Absolutely the worst form of customer service by a manager I have ever heard.

Food tastes expired /rancid I couldn’t finish any item I had… and my 2 friends couldn’t either! I brought it up to management and they said nothing is expired… and didn’t even get a refund.

I keep going hope it will get better and it does not. I see the high level of turn over on a regular basis here. Stopped by earlier had to repeat my order 4 times to still have the person get it wrong in new and interesting ways each time. This site is horrible!
