This was as a result of a door dasher who tried to pick up an order and was mistreated by a male manager on 2 - 25 - 25 during the daytime hours. To be this rude and inappropriate means that you don’t like your job and hoping this reaches the right people so that this “man” is held accountable! Absolutely the worst form of customer service by a manager I have ever heard.

Food tastes expired /rancid I couldn’t finish any item I had… and my 2 friends couldn’t either! I brought it up to management and they said nothing is expired… and didn’t even get a refund.

I keep going hope it will get better and it does not. I see the high level of turn over on a regular basis here. Stopped by earlier had to repeat my order 4 times to still have the person get it wrong in new and interesting ways each time. This site is horrible!

Small thing, but absolutely worth a positive review: I ordered my beverage no ice at the drive-thru yesterday evening. The young lady with glasses was handing us our drinks, but with ice in both. I was not going to say anything. I used to work in service, & do not want her day harder. She paused with my drink & said “No wait, you ordered no ice.” I agreed I did, but she was already making me a new drink without hesitation & apologized for the second longer wait. As stated earlier, small thing, but meaningful. Plus our order is always correct at this location -even before the icing. If you don’t like ice, you know. Cheers thank you!

This is the forth time I've been here since this spot opened, and they haven't gotten an order correct. Won't be going back. Lol! Get it together dude
Sorry but the dix ave taco bell even though it is new the service is terrible I went yesterday and the girl at the drive through didn't even know what a strawberry freeze was or that you could get it in different sizes. Like I said horrible so I just drove away.
