@PrishaPatel, you are so right. I expereinced a huge wait on the night of the eclipse too. I've complained as well, but they pretended they didn't know anything about it. Clearly they did.And @DanDay, they need to have more people working there. I agree, it's understaffed.And now there's a disingenuous response from "the owner." Who are they fooling? Google users post the same complaints in these reviews again and again. It's always about the staff at this location. For them to say, "Oh gee, that's not acceptable and we weren't aware of the problem," only works once. ONCE! Not over and over and over again. If Hospitality Syracuse is really the owner, then DO SOMETHING ABOUT YOUR EMPOLYEES and stop offering empty excuses and promises.

This was one of the worst taco bell I have ever went to my family came from jersey for the solar eclips and we wanted quick fast food so we could go back home. The word fast in fast food was not appearant because we place the order when we were 30 minutes away from the taco bell so it can be in and out we had to wait another 30 minutes to get the good 1 hour we waited 1 hour for our taco bell. DISAPPOINTED ?

Much improved from last year, must have changed managers. Regarding the food, i only order the same things for last 30 years. Burrito supreme, taco supreme and never wonder into the latest marketing creations.

Clearly marked on all doors "Open til 10pm", came in at 9h30, all doors locked, staff (a lot) still inside looking at me like if I am wrong to try enter a restaurant that is clearly written to be open. No service at all. Second time it happens to me.Shame on your business.

Definitely need to go over recipes again - retraining needed , we’ve had much better Taco Bell at other locations . Place is very clean , spacious . Wrote this review because came across something unfair . A white guy with beard in the kitchen was shouting at a young black guy working next to him about broken tacos . Seriously ?! May be do an anger management check , or watch employee behavior or camera .

Me and my husband were just there and got our food thrown in his face with a note that's very unprofessional of a restaurant to do and then they charged my husband three times on his bank card for something he only ordered once and then when I called and asked to speak to the manager and I start to explain what happen to her I get hung up on this restaurant is vary lucky I didn't call the cops for assaulting my husband with a bag of food in his face Infront of my child,new members or not maybe you should train you're employees to have more respect for there customers or don't hire just any drug addict to run their drive thru and act like they don't know what there doingKid-friendliness: I will not be bringing my child back there ever again

Worst fast-food experience of my life. The service was fine, although slow because there's simply not enough staff to keep up. But the quality of Taco Bell has absolutely dropped. Skimpy portions of lousy quality ingredients. The Burrito Supreme used to be a meal all by itself, but now it's just a sad plop of ice cold mush, and very little of that. The Chicken Quesadilla is an abomination. Greasy, rubbery chicken, and a cheap, leaky tortilla that leaves you dripping with the sauce. Terrible.

There was not a particularly long line, and certainly not a 45 minute wait as I experienced at the location on Upper Glen, but with only three cars in front of me 20 minutes did seem a bit long. That said when I got up to the window, the employee working the window advised me she had applied a discount due to the fact I had to wait! My order was correct, the food was hot, the tortillas fresh - so no complaints. Also, from what I could see of the inside of the restaurant, it was clean, employees were working - no one was milling around ignoring customers. Even though it's a bit out-of-the-way, the next time I get a Jones for Taco Bell. This will be my location.

Place is a joke. Waited in line inside while the employees talked about stupidness. Served the drive threw before I got my order. Waited 30 mins + for 4 items.
