Staff are rude and incompetent. The few times we ordered here, we've come into the store and order our food just fine, but soon after, they take other peoples orders and they received their food first and always makes us wait last for our food. The last time I went in, they rudely gave 20 people after me their food before mine and then told staff to stop making the order just because we asked them where our food was or to give me a refund and they told us to leave or they'd call the police. DO NOT go to this Taco bell!!

Food is absolutely terrible. I’d rather drive to the further location at exit 19. Came through the drive thru and arrived at the window and could hear them yelling and swearing each other if I didn’t already pay i would’ve drove away. Got home and opened my food and the crispy cantina chicken taco looks like it was punched as if they were mad at the taco. It was dry because they never put the sauce in it. I live down the road from the kingsbury location and this has been close to every experience I’ve had going there. Owners should get rid of the management that allows this to happen. Completely horrible!!! Don’t go there just go to the exit 19 location.

It was my first time that i tried Taco Bell, and i have a LOT to say.
So first, i wanted a Crunchwrap without tomatoes and spicy, and i got both! Unlike other fast foods, they ACTUALLY made what i wanted.. but the sour cream was misputted but i didnt really cared about that. Overall, it was REALLY good.
Also, the person who served me didnt really spoke but was still kind so im putting a 3 star on it.
Lastly, the vibe. No music :( but the kitchen noises made a small vibe so its okay.

Overall, i recommand this Taco Bell and i think that the 1-star-ers are totally wrong.

Writing this as I've been sitting in line for 20 minutes... I hope it's because they are killing the chicken in there and its going to be the freshest burrito I've ever had, but alas, I don't think it will be.
Update: after 30 minutes in line myself and half a dozen others drive off. Get it together people

I have been there a few times at different times of the day. ALWAYS very slow. Wait to get food at the counter has been as much as 45 minutes. Very seldom is there anyone at the counter.

I attempted the drive thru twice today. I sat in the drive thru one car before the speaker for 10 minutes without moving and watched multiple cars leave. Due to a prior appointment, I had to leave before being able to put my order in. On the way back through, we tried again. The line moved quickly until after I put my order in and ended up sitting for at least another 10 minutes before moving. I got to the window to pay, and the young man took my card, did not offer the total for my order then asked if my name was Rhonda. I asked how much he charged my card and his response was he doesn't have the receipt. I asked what the screen said and he told me he was to busy to look before running my card. In the midst of this conversation there were two women arguing in the back veroy loudly. Not only did my card get charged for 10 more than my order was, but I also did not get everything I ordered. I was very unhappy about my experience with this crew. Normally, it's quick and friendly and accurate. Not today.

Absolutely disappointed my entire order was incorrect, and I didn’t even receive what the item is supposed to originally come with(by the way, I ordered the Cantina chicken bowl) along with adding extra and add-ons. I didn’t receive those either. I ordered through Uber And when I called the store, the manager was so rude.! She actually hung up on me and told me to deal with it through Uber (Mind you Uber only wanted to give back $4 dollars, on a $16 item because you’re talking to an automated system and they didn’t understand how extremely wrong the order was) waiting for a response from Uber to explain that the original items that are included in the Cantina bowl weren’t even in there. For example no rice (or extra that I paid for )no pico de gallo, no cheese, no black beans, no steak, no onions, no avocado 🥑 sauce. I literally paid $16 for cabbage, lettuce, guacamole, and one teeny square piece of chicken. Not only was the Cantina chicken bowl incorrect but we ordered Nachos and cheese and And it was the most pathetic portion ever for the price
