Get ready to wait 30 minutes. There's never more than one or two ppl MAX working at any time of day. Have yet to ever receive what I ordered how I ordered it. They will repeat it back it will be correct on the screen then will be made completely wrong. And thats IF YOU GET EVERYTHING YOU PAID FOR. do not pull away from the window until you've confirmed all your items are in your bag. Not sure what is so hard!? There's a screen telling you exactly what to make and put in the bag how do you forget items and make them incorrectly EVERY SINGLE TIME. do yourself a favor and drive to saratoga and hit that one. It will be quicker than waiting in line at this one and you food has at least a slightly better chance of being made correctly

11-8-24 Adding todays experience to my review from a month ago...
There was only 1 person in the drive through so I decided to stop at this location before picking my son up from school. I pulled up and the person at the speaker box asked if she could take my order. I began to order a cheesy gordita crunch, before I could even finish saying the first item I wanted, the person working started talking to her coworker inside, complaining about the car that just pulled away saying how she lost their $20 bill out of the drive through window because they didnt grab it fast enough. She continued talking about this to the point where I even said "you're microphone is on" but she ignored me and kept talking to someone else inside. Finally she asked what I wanted. I again said a cheesy gordita crunch, chips & cheese, and a soft taco. I got to the window, paid, and checked the inside of the bag to make sure I had 2 tacos and the chips plus the cheese. I left, picked my son up, got home to finally eat and they had given me a Dorito shell inside the cheesy gordita crunch instead of what it usually comes with. I get back in the car, drive there and go inside this time. I explain the problem and they offer to remake it. The boy made the taco and handed me the bag but kept trying to hold it up so I couldn't put it on the counter. I finally took it the way he was insisting I take it, set it down and opened the taco inside. This time it had the right hard shell inside but it had these weird red chips inside of it... They had to make the taco AGAIN. Third times the charm I guess... this location is absolutely ridiculous. The workers are slow, inconsiderate, don't care about their jobs AT ALL and it shows. It shouldn't be this big of a deal to get "fast" food. Someone needs to step up and get this location in check.

October 2024 : Waited in the drive through line for 15 minutes for "fast food" only to have the person behind me cut in front of myself and the person in front of me so they would be served next. The workers didn't tell the person no and instead took their order ahead of the rest of us who had all been waiting. After about another 5 minutes of them talking through the window back and forth, I left without my food and I'm now heading to get dinner somewhere else. Absolutely ridiculous

Worst Taco Bell in the area. Waited in the drive thru for over 45 minutes. The women that took my order was very rude, when i ordered she goes “what’s that” when it was literally an item on the menu. I’m not sure if she was new but if so she needs to be retrained. She cannot handle the window, she had bags of food sitting there waiting to be given out. Do not waste your time spent my entire hour lunch break waiting.

Service is terrible, if u go after 11:30 ur not getting food even tho they are open until 2. They also always mess up every order. I have yet to have a order that was correct. I order three regular tacos and they put every topping under the sun on it. I’ve worked fast food for a decade before I did something with my life and it’s not hard.

Easily the worst Taco Bell location. They send most of their workers on break at lunch time. I try to give the staff the benefit of the doubt, but not when it's the exact same story every time I order from them. It takes them about 45 minutes to make a simple order, and then, they STILL get the order completely wrong.

Beware 98% of the time, your order will be wrong.

Spent $30 for a very long wait and bad food . Fries were old. Chalupas not cooked . Mostly lettuce for filling. Daughter ordered supreme soft tacos w no lettuce or tomato. Tacos had meat and lettuce only on them.

Was great when it opened but apparently the employees don’t care anymore and screw up orders constantly missing items or just flat out wrong

I made the mistake of coming here multiple times. I will not be visiting again. Apparently the people who get employed at this location are incapable of paying attention. I come to Taco Bell because they have options for people who don't eat meat. So when I ask for a cheese quesadilla and a veggie bowl, I don't want the employees to make the decision that they are going to make a chicken bowl and a chicken quesadilla instead. That's not what I paid for. Quite honestly the worst taco bell location I've seen.

These reviews are hilarious maybe if they didn’t mistreat their staff and the manager wasn’t a crack head they wouldn’t have so many 1 star reviews?

On my first try, I placed an order at the speaker and then a voice came on and told me it would be a 30 minute wait or so. Only one car ahead of me at the window in the drive thru. Nearly if not completely empty inside. No biggie. I said no thank you and left. Second time trying this place, waited at the speaker for several minutes, I finally asked “Hello?” And a girl came on and said “yeahhhhh we’re out of beef and chicken. Would you still like to order?” I mean cmon. Clearly I am not the only one having issues with this place. Save time - go to glen street Taco Bell.

Avoid this place. I’ve given it the benefit of the doubt too many times. Tonight I asked for a lux box, a Doritos loco taco, and a Crunchwrap. I asked for no tomatoes & no sour cream on the Crunchwrap. Got home and it had both anyways and was cold. The rest of the food was soggy and gross, plus I believe they gave us diet soda which can be an allergy for some people. I’ve worked fast food and I know they had these sitting there for who knows how long and just didn’t care and gave me whatever was ready. I shouldn’t have to wait a half an hour to get cold, gross, soggy food. Every time I go there after 8pm, the staff says there are only one or two people working. I’m sure they’re doing their absolute best, but a message for the management/corporate- Do better.

This place is unfortunately disgrace. Every time I decide to waste my money at this location my entire order is messed up. The very last time I went there was last week and I had placed a mobile order. I was the only car in the drive thru and received a complete different order. I then came back to the location to have my order fixed, and again my order was wrong. That will be my last time ever stepping foot in that Taco Bell. Upper glen is the way to go!

the food is good, and i’ll give them that. but that’s literally it. the wait times are absolutely INSANE. i’m literally typing this while in the drive thru; i got here at 8:10pm, it is now 9:14pm, and there are 3 cars in front of me, AND i had a pickup order. just go to the one on glen street in queensbury, save your time and money!
