Got take out, order was wrong, food that we got was poorly prepped. We called and they declined to give us a partial credit, we would have needed to go back and get "replacement food". Place was empty when we arrived...now I don't wonder why..would not recommend at all. We even left a nice takeout tip (doesn't anyone ensure accuracy of the order?) We are not from that area, so to go back the next day was not an option. Going foward, we will make sure our order is correct before leaving any restaurant with take-out!

Food was okay. My waitress was kinda rude. Maybe she was over worked because she was the only waitress I saw but that's is not a good excuse to treat our your patrons and the place wasn't mostly empty on a Wednesday night 5

Well .. ordered an appetizer, it was still frozen in the middle.. ice cold.. our server was nowhere to be found but another quickly resolved our issue and our main course was mediocre .. we won't be back .. it was our first time here .. and our last time.. but it was a very clean , modern looking restaurant.. very welcoming ..

Met with a delightful waitress. Pizza here is edible for a chain. Menu needs to be clearer as to what is on a pizza. Secondly the BBQ chicken pizza is good, but I've had better. Too light on the BBQ sauce which I'm surprised at. It's a BBQ chicken pizza so where is the BBQ sauce. Vegan cheese in on the menu as is a Beyond Burger. No vegan options for pizza beyond the cheese. In the end, for a chain, way better than Papa John's and Little Caesars but not better than Domino's. My pick for a chain.Vegetarian options: Vegan cheese and a Beyond Burger on the menu.

Order a pizza for pick up for something different than our regular pizza spots. The pizza was on the counter with no name and no one was around to confirm it was mine. I didn't stick around to wait, just assumed it was mine after a while. Anyway, the crust was really bad and tastes like a dry biscuit. Bummer...

The food quality is fairly mediocre, but reasonably priced and the staff here are nice. We had a few pizzas and the margarita was probably my least favorite, I think the others were better. The chicken parm was okay for this kind of restaurant, and the half pound burger was pretty good. They were also the only place around open on christmas day! Big thanks to all the staff for being there and providing good service

After a long day of skiing on Christmas Day, UNO served as a great pit stop on our trip home. Upon seeing French onion soup on the menu, like all French onion soups I find, I had to review it. Overall a three and a half out of five. Foot cheese pull but not as toasty as it could have been. Bread and onions were average, the onion didn’t taste blended in with the broth. The broth itself was a little watery. All together, a pretty average French Onion soup and pretty decent for an UNO.

GARBAGE. dont waste your time and money. Food is just as a micro wave diner from a walmart refridgerator. You walk in your waiting while place is empty. You will wait an hour or more for the slop they bring out. greasy hard food not cooked correctly. We complained and didnt have to pay for food even though we wanted too. But they were like forget it. Seems like only 3 workers, 2 waitresses and a cook. Sad cause the place is nice. Oh and its cold inside. No dam heat. Never hit that place again...?‍??‍??‍?

Waitress seemed like she didn't want to be at work, pizza was mediocre, the rattle snack pasta was disgusting and made my husband sick. There was literally NOBODY there when we got there and we still had to wait 30+ mins for our food. The ONLY good thing was the spinach artichoke dip but even that was served with bread that could be used as wheel chucks.

Went for lunch today. Chicken wings and buffalo sauce were awesome. Deep dish pizza ordered was not what it used to be, even though ordered well done it was still a soggy nightmare. Hardly put any toppings on the deep dish won't order again. One the other hand got a thin crust pizza, windy city and it was amazing. Crust was cooked perfect well done. Sauce had great taste and almost perfect amount and distribution.Who knew a place known for deep dish, has better thin crust!Server Tonya S. was fantastic and hooked us up with a little extra cheesecake to go. Thank God for that because the cheesecake looked like the basic sampler platter from a grocery store. The carrot cake looks amazing and can't wait to eat when get home.

Is it fair to downgrade a restaurant when the place will be open another 3 hours, but the front doors are locked? I had to call the restaurant so they would let in the 6 or 7 confused customers milling around, and knocking on the doors?
