I bought a footlong roast beef sub and it had 3 slices of lunch meat on the whole sub. That's like 1/2 an Oz of lunch meat. I guess I paid $13 for some bread. I have never had a more sorry sandwich in my life. I called them and the guy said. Yeah, we're not allowed to put much on there.

Almost $60 for 4 subs. Ordered online .. subs were pathetic. 12 inch had 4 tomatoes 2 pickles literally was all bread. Missing most of toppings mayo and o/v If you work at Subway you need to know how to make a subway sandwich. This is the most pathetic excuse for a sub. Next time worth the extra drive to Coxsackie where they know how to make one.

We ordered 11:50 ish and it said it was going to be here around 12:30 so it seemed like it was already late but it didn’t arive until 2:45. And the order was mostly wrong. And they were told to cancel the order and they had our number the whole time and NEVER thought to call us

It is one of the better subways in the capital region. Staff are always pleasant, and i have never had a problem with them. The interior is always clean but doesn't have much going on.

Has to be the worst Subway I've been to. Either they don't know how to read or the language barrier is too large. Ordered salads online, each salad was different, you literally choose what you want in each and remove what you don't. It's wrong every time, and they can't say it's because they're busy because we go to pick up and it's absolutely dead inside. Step it up, especially when people are paying $50 for 2 salads and a wrap.
