“I love the service. The food is ALWAYS delicious. I’m a sucker for their omelettes. I love a good window seat and to write while I’m there. It’s always clean and everyone is friendly and I love watching all the families and regulars come in with their kids or grand parents. The coffee is good. The parking is endless and they have a ramp for anyone needing the use of it. Desserts galore in tall fridge as soon as you walk in — you can always grab that to go after you finish your meal. Large portions. Excellent prices. I love the place!!”

“Clever and creative mixture of Japanese and American. Lots of flavor. The chicken wings were some of the best I’ve ever had. One of the owners came around and checked on every table to make sure everyone was happy. I do have an issue with restaurants that include the gratuity and on top of that imply that’s it’s appreciated to tip more. Didn’t love our server basically explaining how all the added taxes paid for the food, kitchen staff and servers while also mentioning additional gratuity is welcome. It’s a tad expensive. The restaurant is located in an old textile factory so the acoustics are terrible, it’s very loud but I still really enjoyed the meal & I recommend checking this lively restaurant.”

“While passing through for a short visit to the UAlbany campus, we researched some healthy and affordable lunch options nearby. We are so glad we found Simone's! This place is so cute on the outside, and fast, affordable, and delicious on the inside! The portions were huge, the food was fresh, and the prices were competitive with chains like Chipotle or Panera. 5/5!”

“Have been hearing about this place recently and just haven't made it out to try it. I wasn't disappointed the pastries were very good and a fair price. My wife and I got lunch she had a chicken salad melt and being basic I got a buffalo chicken wrap. The food was delicious and was made quickly. All around a very good experience. Okay do now the very small cons. Everything on the deli menu was priced very high and the portions didn't really reflect that. Also I might have gotten some gluten free Mac salad because the texture was very odd. That being said it was still delicious. It's a bit far for me to go regularly. But I definitely would go back.”

“My husband and two of our friends went for dinner tonight. The drinks were on point, our calamari was delicious, I had the chicken Milanese which I loved, my husband had the casarecce. “My wife and I have been there several times and are always impressed with both the quality & quantity of food. I love Chicken Tikka Masala and Naan (and have become very particular with both). I find theirs to be on par and possibly even better than my long time favorite, Karavalli’s in Saratoga! Last night we tried their Chicken Tikka Masala Pizza and it was amazing! the crust is like a thick naan and topped with their tikka masala sauce (sooo good), Carmelized used onions lots of cheese and what I believe was tandoori chicken and comes with extra sauce for dipping. Our server was also very outgoing and suggested their rice pudding which was freshly made. I normally don’t like Indian Rice pudding as most places make it thin and runny, but theirs was thick, creamy and delicious! located in East Greenbush, it’s totally worth the drive!!! Please give them a try, especially since so many restaurants have suffered due to the pandemic. This place deserves your business if you like quality Indian food at reasonable prices.”

“Hawaii Poke & Ramen is such a great find near Schodack Island State Park. The restaurant is extremely clean, thoughtfully decorated, and has a fun, welcoming atmosphere.
Ordering is easy—you can use the self-service kiosk or order directly with the staff. The food was delicious, and we were especially happy to be able to enjoy fresh poke and ramen while camping nearby.
It’s also very family-friendly: they have high chairs for little ones, plenty of parking, and the overall setup makes for a convenient, comfortable stop. Definitely a great option for a quick meal or a relaxed family dinner.”
