Ordered chicken wings, 2 orders of fries, a grilled chicken salad with no olives, I’ve ordered from here a lot, sometimes multiple times a week…. my food came over an hour later both of my fries were over cooked hard, but also soggy inside the box from the steam , I had to pick the olives out of my salad, and my chicken wings still had feathers on them…. I wasn’t going to write this review until whoever the manager was laughed at me over the phone because of how upset I was. When I have to be up for work at 2:30am I don’t find it very funny . Any other time I’ve ever had an issue I was told a credit could be put toward my account. So I agreed to return the wings, and have that credit put toward my account after I was told no refunds could be made. 2 minutes later I receive a call back From a manager insisting that I take the new wings and that they’ve already been dropped in the fryer, and that they couldn’t give me a refund or credit my account as they have numerous times before ….the issue had been resolved and this call back should not have been made and was totally unnecessary. I told him again that I didn’t want new wings I didn’t even complain about the fries or the salad. But I put the wings outside for the delivery driver who I tipped 5$ too, to come pick up, that of whom was also very rude and I’d never seen him before. After telling him I would write this review and potentially call the health department he agreed to refund my money . Which is against their company policy as I was told a number of times, and that’s why I initially agreed to have a credit put toward my account , to receive a call back was totally out of pocket and not needed I threw the fries into the garbage can and am now going to bed with no dinner, after spending 30$ and waiting over an hour . After ordering here for years and multiple times a week and spending well over 1000$ here I will not be ordering from here again. Maybe they should hire a cook with some culinary knowledge because clearly the one they have working has none.I’ve worked in a number of restaurants as a cook and a server for over 13 years at much higher end places and made a lot of money because I am very good at what I do . I am serve safe certified and this is absolutely not how you run a restaurant. The first photo with a feather is from tonight, the second photo is from the last time I ordered” an didn’t complain” when I ate most of a wing only to see that it was still bloody in the middle of it . Get someone who knows how to cook in your kitchen or atleast looks at the food before it’s sent out , how I was brought over cooked soggy fries I don’t know after waiting over an hour you would think it would be fresher . I could say I’m mad but really I’m just very disappointed because this was one of my main places to order from in such a small town. Never again. So whatever you do be cautious when ordering food from here. An now I am still hungry . We will wait to see if I get refunded for my wings like they agreed to.

I’m new to the area, and I’ve tried all of the local pizzerias a few times over now. Hands down, The Village Pizzeria is the best in town. Sauce cheese ratio is on point, perfect crispy crust, and the wings always come exactly how they should. These guys know what they’re doing!

It was close to choosing time, I was one of the last orders of the evening. An Italian herb and a Cheese burger Gluten free pizzas. Looking, smelling and tasting fantasticly delicious!

Half mushroom/half meatball pizza and jalapeno poppers- maybe needs a bit more sauce, but it was alright. Not a fan of the poppers as they are filled with cheddar cheese.

I do enjoy this place, me and my family usually get it at least once a month when we can. Their food is always super good and they're always super friendly, they've never messed up our orders and it's always delicious. I really enjoy their saucy BBQ boneless wings with their fire ranch, super good! I do highly recommend people to try their food at least once!
Parking: They share a parking lot with some other businesses, has a bit of holes and bumps here and there but overall alright when it comes to parking

Im extremely disappointed by today’s service. I have ordered the same item for as long as I can remember. A small cheese pizza. Just a little crispy. Most of the time I don’t have any issues or problems with the order. Clarissa, who normally answers, already knows what I would like, which is nice. I never order during the day. It’s usually a Friday evening. The pizza is sometimes better than other times because different cooks are making the pizza their way, which I’ve noticed in the past but never made a an issue. There is a girl, Brice, who makes excellent pizza. I was very surprised today, as Clarissa knew what I wanted but I ended up with an overcooked, very oily, salty pizza. When I looked at it prior to leaving, she asked if I wanted another made to which I replied, “No, I don’t want to wait any longer,” and to be honest, with the same cook, chances were, I would end up with something pretty close to what I originally was sold. I tried it at home and was very disappointed with this pizza. In Ravena, there aren’t many Pizza places to choose from. I called and the friendly Clarissa quickly changed her attitude. “I offered to have another pizza made for you,” she said agin. I wanted a refund. This is nothing like what I have had before and I am a regular. “We can’t give you a refund “per policy.” What policy might that be. My surprise was her “friendly attitude” changed and that’s why I am reviewing this place of business. I offered to take the pizza back, but she said it wasn’t necessary. I would like Jeremy to call me. These are the reasons customers drive 20 minute away for constant good pizza.
Vegetarian options: I love ricotta cheese and broccoli and they had it available for slices. I am not vegetarian so I did not tell them to separate the slices from the pepperoni, but I'm sure they would if that is a preference of yours.
