Im extremely disappointed by today’s service. I have ordered the same item for as long as I can remember. A small cheese pizza. Just a little crispy. Most of the time I don’t have any issues or problems with the order. Clarissa, who normally answers, already knows what I would like, which is nice. I never order during the day. It’s usually a Friday evening. The pizza is sometimes better than other times because different cooks are making the pizza their way, which I’ve noticed in the past but never made a an issue. There is a girl, Brice, who makes excellent pizza. I was very surprised today, as Clarissa knew what I wanted but I ended up with an overcooked, very oily, salty pizza. When I looked at it prior to leaving, she asked if I wanted another made to which I replied, “No, I don’t want to wait any longer,” and to be honest, with the same cook, chances were, I would end up with something pretty close to what I originally was sold. I tried it at home and was very disappointed with this pizza. In Ravena, there aren’t many Pizza places to choose from. I called and the friendly Clarissa quickly changed her attitude. “I offered to have another pizza made for you,” she said agin. I wanted a refund. This is nothing like what I have had before and I am a regular. “We can’t give you a refund “per policy.” What policy might that be. My surprise was her “friendly attitude” changed and that’s why I am reviewing this place of business. I offered to take the pizza back, but she said it wasn’t necessary. I would like Jeremy to call me. These are the reasons customers drive 20 minute away for constant good pizza.
Vegetarian options: I love ricotta cheese and broccoli and they had it available for slices. I am not vegetarian so I did not tell them to separate the slices from the pepperoni, but I'm sure they would if that is a preference of yours.

Dont waste your time with delivery you put a specific time and they will surly be atleast 30 minutes or more late and thats even putting the delivery time earlier then needed
Not a good place. The manager is very rude. And the pizza delivery guy acts like a little spoiled J**** You're already getting paid working at a pizza place and you moan and complain because "your tip wasn't more than 5$"? Your job is to deliver food maybe he should go work someplace else. And 5$ is the standard delivery tip that the average American pays. What's he expecting me to give him 10$ for driving literally 2 miles down the road?

I don't know what happened to this place because it USED to be great now every time we order it gets worse and WORSE..ordered a sun and macaroni salad said it would be a half a pound and as you can see in the picture it was not and NOTHING but macaroni and mayo..unbelievable they lost this customer we are done wasting money on garbage!

I order deliver from here all the time, the chicken wings and pizza are always good! tonight I decided to try the shrimp, I specifically asked the guy on the phone if they were popcorn shrimp and because I did not want frozen pre badder shrimp, and he said yes they were, but they were not…. They were frozen pre badder, I worked in many restaurants for a long time and I always know fresh shrimp when I see it lol, but they weren’t nasty I ate like 3 of them… it’s just not what I wanted at all or what I thought I was getting and I probably won’t order the shrimp again lol
