So much more than you typical food truck! The menu has so much to offer! And everything (we had tacos, burritos and hotdogs) is prepared perfectly and tastes amazing. Service was fantastic - delivered our food to us at the fly shop next door. Don’t miss this if you are in the Saranac Lake or Lake Placid area.Fly shop next door has a bar with a HUGE selection and there is an ice cream shop on the other side. Something for everyone!!

This place is not to be missed. Unbelievably good food and varied menu. What great variety - we had a taco, a burrito and a "redneck" hotdog. Everything was perfectly prepared and spot on flavorful. Service was very accommodating - brought our food to us at the fly shop next door. Also plenty of picnic table seating right out front. Convenient location between Saranac Lake and Lake Placid. Will definitely go back again. Go next door to the fly shop to get a drink and when you're done go to the other side and have an ice cream!

Lobster roll was fantastic! Super fresh, he may have cracked it open and made it right then. The woman serving food was kind, attentive, laughing the whole time she served people in the rain in a thunderstorm. There's a small, clean, and very unique bar next to the food truck. Inside the have a small bar with like 5-6 tall stools, and they made seats out of coolers and a table out of a mini-foosball game. There's a long covered porch with stools and tables, cornhole, picnic tables, and live music wafts it's way over from across the street. We may go back today lol. Our 2nd favorite meal out here over 4 days so far. Best out everything we’ve eaten on the main strip in Lake Placid. !!!!!

Holy cow!! We just had lunch here and it was amazing. Ordered 4 tacos on soft corn tortillas - Baja shrimp, mahi mahi, asada, and el pastor. WOW!!! Total was about $30. The other reviews weren't exaggerating when they said the food is delicious and a great bang for your buck. We waited about 20-30 minutes but it was absolutely worth it. (While we waited, we went next door to the bar and had a drink each.) I can't pick a favorite taco - they were all so good!!! We can't believe we hadn't visited this place sooner and will be back, ADK street eats!

Not only is it the best food truck food I’ve ever had, it’s some of the best food I’ve ever had.Chicken Speedy is my go to and is amazing, tacos are great, never had a bad meal here. Bar next door is great as well and makes for an awesome experience.

Fries were super crispy and perfectly seasoned, hot dogs were spot on, best Michigans we’ve had anywhere in the north country. My burrito hit every note, cheesy, meaty, spicy, but not greasy or too heavy. Huge portion sizes and pretty cheap! Great menu with lots of choices for everyone, lots of vegetarian options too. We’ll stop in every time we’re in the area.

I first tried these guys at their winter location in the lodge at Mt. Pisgah. I honestly don't remember what I had, but it was good. Took the whole family to their summer location in Lake Placid today and they knocked it out of the park. As a native of the southern tier of NY, I was surprised and happy to see they had a chicken Spiedie sub. Apparently the cook's brother lives one town away from where my wife and I grew up so he's familiar with our regionally famous delicacy. And it was AWESOME. I had to force myself to save half for tomorrow so I can eat it again. Their "fries" are actually these amazing thickly cut potato wedges (but not like the usual potato wedges) and those were excellent too. Both the lady taking orders and the guy cooking were friendly. It's a food truck (trailer) located between a fly shop/bar (right? How ADK is THAT?) and an ice cream shop so this is definitely going to become a favorite stop.
