Came in to Charlie O's because i was told that they have great wings... I ended up indecisively ordering sweet and spicy garlic wings which were amazing. The bartender Katie made the most amazing drinks while Ashley M. Was very attentive and bubbly and had such a great sense of humor. To start our service was very friendly and attentive. It seemed like she was the waitress for the dining area, while other people were running food.
The downsides were:
Our table was wicked sticky.
The water cups tasted like soap, like they weren’t properly rinsed.
My partner's fish and chips were slightly over cooked, fried closer to brown than golden.

Food price / quality (value) rating 8.5. The atmosphere is a reclaimed old time movie theater decorated with movie memorabilia, with several TV's for sports fans.
