Most technical and artfully made sushi you'll find in the Hudson Valley from a lovely Japanese family.
Small, legit sushi place. Family owned for 25 yrs. Sushi is legit. great curated cuts on the pieces of fish. Authentic method of adding little bit of sushi to rice. Sake and beer is chilled and refreshing. (They do have hot sake).
We got mostly specials. Black seaweed salad was a pleasant starter. Flavorful and umami forward.
