This is the best quality ice cream I’ve had in years. I’m a New Yorker/Manhattanite and Hudson Valley resident. I’ve tried a lot of ice cream over the years and Holy Cow and its staff are the best !

HOLY COW IS A MUST TRY IN YOUR LIFETIME! I prefer the soft serve but I’ve heard their hard ice cream is just as good! The staff is so welcoming and sweet, and they don’t rip you off like Carvel does. Large vanilla cup with marshmallow and crushed graham cracker 🤤🤤🤤

My niece, who lives up that way, has been racing to her Pennsylvania uncle (me) about how good Holy Cow is. Now, I've had more than my fair share of ice cream in my lifetime, and there are two excellent ice cream stands near where I live, but my niece was right, Holy Cow is a step above. In a word, delicious!
