My husband and I are retired now and order Subway breakfast on the app almost every morning--it's always fresh, delicious, and the staff is so nice. Before retirement, I ran a business 3 miles away for 20 years, and my staff often came here for lunch. The food was always fresh, the service quick, and the team consistently kind. Over the years, I've seen customers be unfair and even verbally abusive over petty things, yet the employees stayed professional and patient. As for the bad reviews, I recognize the same negative people who once unfairly targeted my business too--they just enjoy bothering others. This Subway has always delivered great food and great service. We highly recommend this Subway! Glad they're in our neighborhood!

Amber Lynn was working the line and the register all alone on a Saturday night! She banged out our sandwiches and others in the store seamlessly and with a smile. a total pro at work- Thanks for the excellent sandwich and great customer service!

Special price on footlong was only for store flavor. I wanted a roast Turkey sandwich and store didn’t carry roast Turkey (only deli Turkey). Store was advertised to close at 8:30pm. Workers left and locked at 7:55pm.

I just went to this Subway. I have to do GF. I brought my own Bread that is GF. I asked the lady there if she would be willing to make me a 1/2 sub with this bread .... I'm will to pay the same price... not asking for a discount... I understand that it maybe cross contaminated... I just wanted a Subway sub again... She said No. I asked why not? she just said no can't do that And then said Sorry. Well if anyone is interested... there is a Subway in Kingston that will do it for you.

Went for 2 subs. When I got home my cold cut combo FOOTLONG had 3 slices of bologna on it and none of the other meat. Was very disappointed. If I didn’t live over 20 min away a was just getting home from a long day at the fair I would have taken it back. I had to put my own meat on this sub for it to even taste like a sandwich and not a salad in bread. Oh let me not forget the chocolate chip pieces in my sandwich from the cookies in-front of it. Boy was that a weird taste. I email customer service and all I get is oh I’m sorry we have food safe trained employees and my feedback will be acknowledged.They didn’t put have the meat on a 10$ sandwich. And I get shrugged off clearly never going back there again. And went OUT OF MY WAY to begin with to get subway.

Staff are exceptionally rude. Have been to this location multiple times and staff were rude every time. For a subway that doesn’t seem very busy, you would think they would be nicer to the few customers they actually get.
