The Red Hook Golf Course has had many Chefs/managers over the past couple of decades. (Yes! We've been eating there for over 20 years!) The newest Chef/manager is Kyleigh and she and her staff have transformed the restaurant and patio spaces, the menu, the service and the vibe into a destination!! You gotta go! But make a reservation--it's a happenin' spot, especially on Friday nights. Thanks Kyleigh, your staff, and the Golf Club for creating a truly wonderful...
