A neighborhood staple for no good reason. Food is overpriced and mediocre at best. Ordered a BEC on an everything bagel with avocado. 3 slivers of avocado cost an extra 2 dollars apparently. Bagels are also not very good.

I was given the hardest and oldest feeling croissants when I ordered them plain to go tonight. And each one was around $5! Overpriced food should at least be good quality.

Worst bacon egg and cheese I've ever seen in my life....who puts ONE piece of bacon and almost no cheese??? This is unacceptable. I'm not sure how this place stays in business because this isn't the first time they have skimped on a sandwich. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. The bagels aren't that great either, but ONE piece of bacon???

I called ahead to order a sandwich, thinking they’d actually write it down, but when I showed up, they had no clue what I was talking about. How is that even possible? The place was absolute chaos—so busy you can’t even properly order in person. To make matters worse, the guy just yelled at someone to make the sandwich, but it was a custom order that clearly needed to be written down. Total disregard for basic organization and customer service. Unbelievable.

The food served here are amazing and so addictive especially their specialty sandwiches. I highly recommend The Wild West sandwich as you will be in taste heaven. I am curious to know the secret receipe haha. The rest of their specialty sandwiches are great, including the wings, fries, and empanadas as well.

The overpriced sandwich is all bread barely any egg. Bread wasn’t the freshest either. Used to be a favorite spot of mine. The quality has declined immensely.

I’d recommend the breakfast sandwiches vs. the other regular heroes they make. Everything tastes great, no issues there, but every hero sandwich I’ve gotten from here just falls apart, to the point where I should be asking for a fork or spoon to grab every last bit from now on. The other stuff on sale there like chips, sodas and such are fairly priced, no complaints there. It’s 24/7 so that’s great to see nowadays post-pandemic and never had any issues with the staff, contrary to what I read in other reviews, which is crazy to read but I only saw those after all the times I’ve eaten here lol
Vegetarian options: I’m sure they can make a lot of their stuff without meat
Wheelchair accessibility: No stairs lol
