I asked for an iced mocha, and got mocha-ed ice. The cup was basically FULL of ice, with one sip of mocha. They added way too much ice!!! If I wanted ice, they could’ve just got it myself. This used to be my go to place for ice cream, but no longer. Workers are plain rude. In the past, they accepted the BR Birthday ice cream scoop coupon. Now they don’t accept it and couldn’t give me a reason except their machine was down. It was fine. LIES! Worker just walked away. Could have just said, “we no longer participate”. Don’t bother with this specific location as customer service stinks!

Went in to redeem a coupon today and they refused to honor the coupon, even though I have used the baskin robbins coupons at this restaurant more than once! Staff is always grumpy and rude too! I wouldn't go here if you can avoid it!

This place is terrible, specially the workers there. I'm not racist, but the indian workers are a totally mess so rude, they don't know what they doing. I don't know if something wrong with their heads, they don't understand when customers talk to them, they hire them and don't even know english. This is insane and not only in this baskin Robbins but they all the same with this people.

Do Not I repeat Do Not Order From This Baskin Robbins.. I Ordered two milk shakes, spent about 14 bucks and they were both absolutely horrible, they had no flavor at all, it was like drinking water I'm very upset, i wanted a milkshake so bad and ended up wasting my money..SMH

Worst Baskin-Robbins ever - this is the second time that we have ordered for delivery and the second time that the worker just puts their own flavors in instead of letting us know that those flavors are not available. It is beyond frustrating and I don't understand why people can't just do their jobs.
