First time ordering here: came by on a Thursday evening and there was plenty of space in the parking lot and inside tables. Young guy helped me and gave me a big scoop of Dubai chocolate on a hot day - made me so happy!
The ice cream display was a mess. The employees didn’t know the flavors of the ice cream. One told me that they didn’t have the flavor I wanted and recommended another bc it was “the same color.” I asked to get something that was advertised on their door and display menu and after a couple of minutes of confusion, another employee said it would be better if I didn’t order it because he didn’t know what that was. Baskin-Robbins is a mixed experience. The place is clean, but the customer service can be rough, with many employees who do not speak English well. Getting questions answered can be difficult. The iced mocha was disappointing, with too much ice and not enough mocha. However, the prices are better than at other locations, and the service can be good on some days. The convenience of parking is a plus.
