Pretty tiny restaurant serving Peruvian dishes. Good & quick service but the mandatory 20% tip doesn't sit well with me - especially when they deviously leave a blank line, to add additional gratuity, for unsuspecting diners who haven't realized that the total already includes a tip .
As I walked in, I was greeted by Cristian with a friendly smile and escorted to my table. The space is lovely and comfortable. The wait staff is efficient and engaging.For lunch, I enjoyed a devineley spiced half roasted chicken with rice and beans. My beverage of choice was an iced Coke until I saw a carafe with a milk shake type beverage. After inquiring about the carafe, I ordered my very own carafe of Maracuya (ice blended passion fruit with milk) which was refreshing and...
I went in yesterday for diner with my sister, the food was okay but the rice was cold. The service is not bad, they're attentive. Like many have said 20% tip is included in the bill but staff expects more tip which I find outrageous since it is already included in the bill.
